I purposely booked hotel for pool and spa but the water was freezing in the spa , I have a autistic son who needs water to relax and there was none so disappointing will not stay again

Ask about breakfast and room service the guy was lovely and I booked In our breakfast to be delivered to our room between 7.30/8.00 am unfortunately it came to 8.10am and no breakfast rang to see where it was and was told they had forgotten and won’t be charge to my account?? really not good enough!!

we were on the ground floor and could hear the guests above us walking around and was quite annoying. and the building was slightly outdated. the room service we got the food was cold like very cold.

the room was clean and the staff were lovely to deal with from booking to the room service to checkout and kept us up Upto date with everything. the building was easy to navigate and the after hours check in was super easy and convenient.

Sound insulation really needs an upgrade, but that's really about it. The doors slam really loud and you can hear kids running through the slab above. You can also hear people walking by in the corridor very clearly! Had some issues with our key, so staff had to let us in a couple of times and I wouldn't have thought much of it, but apparently others in the past have had similar issues too.

Everything about this 4-star motel was a pleasant surprise and I will list all the things I can remember below: 1. They have a piano at the main entrance! What kind of a motel in a regional town has a full-size grand piano at the main entrance? 2. They have a full restaurant and bar at the motel, including room service options. 3. You can cast from your phone/laptop straight to the TV! 4. The TV remote lights up so you don't have to have the light on while watching TV. 5. The room has a table and a couch and is massive! 6. There is parking all around the motel with multiple access points, so you don't have to walk around the whole motel every time! 7. Staff are quick to action any requests and are very courteous. 8. Location is great with only a 2-min drive to the city centre. 9. The motel has a pool and sauna and they were both operational and great to have! 10. The main entrance also has little models for all the tourist destinations in the area, which was really cool to see! 11. Even for an old motel, all rooms security had been updated to access card, which was cool to see.

Room not always vacuumed. Noisy part of premises viz room 102. No light in that end of passage. Bed very comfortable. Would request a room away from car park door next time.

My room service meal was a little undercooked but that isn't the end of the world!

Close to the centre of town, beautiful room, amazing facilities. The bathroom was soo good, bed was comfy and streaming services for the TV made the evenings enjoyable. Staff brought us anything we asked. Bed was made during the day, so we just came back and got into bed.

I liked the clean room and bathroom, specially the heat lamps in bathroom which helped in keeping it dry at all times! The beds were really comfy too!
