The washing machine leaked, and the drier did not work. Laundromat nearby, so not a big deal but would have been nice to have known before we tried to use it. Things just need a bit of maintenance. Bed slats kept popping off and some light bulbs were out. Didn't affect our stay but would have been nicer if these things were fixed.

The location is superb. There are many restaurants nearby. Opposite Spencer outer, sky bus terminal and southern cross station. The view from the property is nice! Check in process is smooth too.

Furniture was old and broken including beds Washing machine leaked and dryer stopped working. Needed an update.

Great location to shops and transport. Easy to find and get keys. Everything you need for a short stay is in the apartment. Great communication from host.

The property was located opposite Spencer outlet, near the Mail Exchange & short walk or shorter tram ride to the Casino. It’s easy to find and get to via transport, car or taxi. Has secure parking available. There is also Pool facilities & a gym. The apartment was clean and a good size.

The collection the keys address is straight forward but the instructions to the carpark needs to have screenshot images of where to go as it's hard to find. Once finally found, the parking spaces are large and easy to maneuverer. The bed in bedroom one collapses with the slats falling through and the couch was fallen apart.

Great location right opposite Spencer Street DFO shopping outlet. Use of Pool, Sauna and Gym facilities is a bonus. Great view of the city. Parking added is so convenient. Easy to get to trams for getting around the city. Higher Ground Cafe on the premises block is a must for breakfast/brunch/lunch & cocktails. Very impressive.

If I had to fault it I would say pillows and could provide tea and coffee but that's seriously not even an issue really as there are 10 million coffee shops literally at your doorstep.

The properly and its equipment may need a bit more maintenance. We didn’t receive very clear instruction to find the car park at first, and the way from the car park to the apartment was lacking so we spent a little while to search for the way out.

Great location and well equipped. The view over the CBD is fabulous.

Instructions on which door from car park leads to Hudson tower would be great, we ended up in Maddison and had to ask for help twice. Eventually found where we needed to go but was not convenient while carrying luggage.

Its not that I did not like, its just some recommendations. Have Tea, Coffee and milk in the room. Tissues would alsobe great I email the Host about some furniture that requires to be fixed.

There was no coffee, tea, sugar or milk for the first night and morning. Have always been supplied a basic few in any place I’ve stayed whether it was 2 star to 5 star. Could not turn on bathroom night at night without turning on main light which would wake anyone else.

Elevator to carpark is confusing.

Spacious for inner city. Water pressure was fantastic for 44th floor. Location great, supermarket across road, plenty eateries too. Host quick with replies when messaged.

The bed linen was not clean, pillows were uncomfortable. Laundry facilities were unclean, not that we needed to use. No tea bags, coffee or milk provided. The wooden slats supporting the mattress in the master bedroom collapsed as my husband was getting into bed, so we had to fix up that issue before we could both go to bed. He is average weight! We realised that this is normally “someones” residence, as there was a locked wardrobe and shoes left in a cupboard, but this is not what we envisaged we would be staying in.

The location was excellent. Views were really good. Check in and check out were good. Quiet floor of the building.

Very hard to get on right floor. You have to change lifts if you are living above 25th floor and parked on 3rd or 4th floor.staff reply only to get you in but don’t reply to solve any issue. I booked through booking.com and very disappointing experience i have ever had. No aircon in bedrooms and very hot rooms.

The dirty stained sheets, & ugly stains on both mattresses. The dislodged slats in the main room where my pregnant daughter tried to sleep. Linen drying on an airer on the balcony was not good nor an oven left on. The pink stain on the outdoor setting not nice. No coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc provided. All these things were messaged to owner either no response.
