It’s right by a bottle disposal so very loud in the early mornings and the wifi didn’t work in our room.

Good location for what we needed, clean and had all amenities for an easy stay. Staff were very friendly.

The hill climb to get there took a bit of getting used to especially when carrying cases or shopping.

Location is good for being walking distance to Central station, the Queen St mall etc and bus connections are close if going further

Good location with easy access to the city and night amenities around the city, It was safe and car parked in a safe undercovers parking. The room size was enough for me and my partner, with self contained cooking, sitting and dining facilities.

The stairs case but inside was a bit stinky and smell was there all 3 nights we were there and the taps dropped alot the noise was a bit annoying after awhile but other than that it was a good place

No kitchen sink plug. A/C in bedroom didn’t work. Filters in both A/C’s need cleaning as they look like they haven’t been cleaned in a few years. The dirt build up on the filters is really thick.

We had an apartment on the ground floor but there were still a few steps into the property and up to our door. While it’s not many steps it is a bit cumbersome getting your bags in and out especially if you have to do a few trips as I did. We stayed in September and there were quite a few mosquitoes about as there is lots of lovely plants in and around the property. Simple solution is to keep the screens closed.

Fantastic location. We primarily visited St Andrew’s hospital which was only a 10 minute walk. Woolworths is only a 10 walk in the opposite direction to the hospital. We were able to walk wherever we needed and public transport was so easy. You can use the CityGlider for free and stops are close by. The apartments was clean and the lady in the office was lovely. I was concerned about the aforementioned as I read other reviews which sounded very negative. This was not my experience at all.

We didn't use the couch as it didn't look clean enough to sit on so only sat at the table which was comfortable enough since we weren’t in the room very much. The bathroom was adequate but didn't feel very clean with moldy grout in the shower and floor areas. Hand basin was adequate but had been previously chipped and repaired so didn't feel very clean even though it probably was. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly. The curtains were a little difficult to close as some of the curtain rings were missing which made closing them a bit difficult.

Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Refrigerator was clean and very convenient for keeping food fresh and cool. The bedroom was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and ample room to store clothing. A fold out luggage holder or shelf would have been useful to store the suitcase on instead of on the floor. Overall the unit was spacious and having the courtyard helped with the feeling of spaciousness in the middle of a busy city. We really enjoyed having access to fresh air, so being able to walk out into the courtyard, open the screened bedroom door to balcony for fresh air at bedtime and not having to rely on air-conditioning for air was a bonus. The overall nicely landscaped facility with lush greenery and well lit walkways contributed to the lovely quiet setting.
