Nothing to dislike for the price.

Location was perfect. Plenty to see & do near tourist attractions. Secluded, private and quiet. Loved the local wildlife. Clean, spacious, air conditioned & fully equipped rooms. Undercover parking, and a pool. Very gracious hosts.

Very clean lots of space (the unit is in fact 2 units with a fully covered area in-between). Even if you had rain room for children to run about. Chickens, ducks, geese and dogs all freindly. Host fantastic. Poll the cream on the cake. Fully covered, heated and clean.Nothing

Set in a lovely garden, had absolutely everything we needed for our four day stay and it felt like a home away from home - including Magic the dog who greeted us every day on our return!

There was only one short fall, which was the water flow to the shower. The girls couldn't use the shower to wash their hair . The showers water flow was extremely low. But the hot water sink tap in the bathroom flowed perfectly . I understand low flow shower heads conserve water and energy bills from using less hot water. I'd pay a little extra just to have a normal shower. instead of chasing the small amount of water from the shower head. It didn't affect their 10 out 10 score,

I really enjoyed the accommodation at Spring Homestead. It was perfect for our needs. I like how the accommodation was set up with kitchen lounge dinning oneside beds and shower on opposite side with verandah between which kept. a cool breeze flow towards the out door area. I'll certainly be staying there again. Next time in Howard Springs N.T. Australia . Great place value for money, which you don't see too often these days.

We loved everything about our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Would have been very happy to have a fortnight to enjoy the property - wildlife, gardens, amazing pool. The hosts were so generous, friendly and welcoming. Very clean, comfortable beds and layout. Very well equipped kitchen. Great quiet position that gave a rural feel without being far from the city. Could not believe the price!!

If you are visiting Darwin and want to stay Rural Territory style but still within close proximity to shops etc then this is the place. Great price, clean comfortable, friendly hostess, everything you need but remember this is not the ritz it's pure Territory style highly recommend, if you have kids there is a playground you will see lots of animals, ducks, turkeys, baby roos etc etc and also the use of a pool. Will stay again on my return 👍💯👌
