Having access to the pool (to be fair it was not advertised) would have been a nice bonus in the very hot temperatures .

The name given when booked is different from the building name, which caused confusion and concern when trying to book transport and give directions prior to emailed instructions the day before arrival. Cleanliness of balcony, eg, cigarette butts through garden beds. Apon arrival, realised a circuit breaker had tripped. Luckily, we had an electrician in the group who found the power box and sorted it out.

The turns in the parking are too tight for a bigger SUV. Had turn reverse back at almost every turn

Just a couple of minor things. Getting in and out of the car park was tight, but was good to have two car parks available. Also key pad into the apartment was very difficult to get to light up. It took us quite a while to get in every time we entered. The key fobs worked well in the rest of the building.

The property was like being at home. We likes the fact that there were the likes of condiments, sauces etc there in the cupboards and drawers. The free on site car parking was a bonus.

The location is right in the heart of Brisbane, so it’s very convenient for us. About 10-15 minutes walk from the shopping centre. The host is very accommodating and responsive with communication. Woolworths is just at the back of the building which is good as we can just run to woolies to buy groceries.

Only minor downside was the property lacked coffee, a coffee machine, bathroom toiletries. It almost seems as they live in the home and rent it out.

Excellent stay, clean, friendly host, styled very nicely. Great location, comes with 2 parking spots (garage is quite tight with turns) and allows pets!

Master bed was uncomfortable, too many wardrobes locked or filled with stock limiting hanging space. Little repairs needed but have communicated this with owner.

Free parking on site for 2 cars and Woolworths directly opposite. Apartment setup was great and plenty of condiments etc in kitchen

Perfect location on the edge of the CBD, and a short stroll from Fortitude Valley. Comfortable beds, great TVs and massive balcony/courtyard with view of St Johns made this a much better option for our family of 5 than 2 hotel rooms!

The only tiny glitch was our check in code didn’t work when collecting keys but Ruchi rectified that within minutes so was no problem at all. Everything else perfect!

Wonderful apartment with amazing host. Our family of 5 (+ a cat!) have had an excellent stay. Great sized apartment with huge deck and lovely views of the cathedral. Very nicely decorated and well equipped whilst still feeling comfortable, cosy and homely. Everything worked well and Ruchi was a perfect hose. Answered every question very promptly and was so helpful. Two car spaces, pet friendly, great location and beautiful apartment - what more could you want!

Unfortunately, one of the beds was broken on arrival (electronic adjustable bed stuck on up tilt at the feet). We contacted the host for assistance and she was incredibly rude, instructing us to "go stay somewhere else then". The issue was not resolved which meant one of our party had to sleep on the couch. Quite disappointing given we had booked and paid for everyone in our party to have a bed.

The apartment itself was well equipped with nice furnishings. The location was convenient with a short walk into the city.
