Wasn't really anything I didn't like tbh; as a solo female I would have appreciated a door wedge just for peace of mind but with the things they have on the door handles it wasn't a big issue.

nothing it was what we hoped for and was pretty perfect

locations fabulous. we didn’t take our car out for the three days we were there. this is budget accomodation and while the building is in need of some TLC it is perfectly serviceable. the pool area is fabulous and rooms clean and basic.

when I asked for extended time till 12 midday I was told by the guy he had to check with his girlfriend, I then asked 2 days later he told me it shouldn’t be a problem. the last day I get a tex saying I had to be out by 11am. No communication between the 2 of them , I was told they had to clean the room & have it ready ( check in is not till 2pm) how much time does it take to clean a room 3 hrs !!! will not come again will make sure to pass the word around

There were all the facilities that you would require for a stay a full-size fridge and stove, microwave etc also there was a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Close to the beach and walking distance from the centre of town

Being the top floor is beautiful but the stairs are a killer.

The location is ideal, surprisingly not as loud as you would expect. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Being in the middle of the action did have a down side, it can get noisy at night. We just happened to be there during schoolie season. No lift, if you have heavy luggage you need brute strength to lug it up stairs.

Good location, smack bang in the CBD, within walking distance to just about every points of interest. Comfortable room, good secure undercover parking.

The location is in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Public transport (trams) were close and frequent.

This low rise set of apartments is right in the centre of the Surfers Paradise action but once you’re through the doors to the nice tropical pool setting it’s super quiet. The only noise we could hear at night from our spacious 2 bedroom apartment was the faint sound of waves. The beach is only 3 minutes walk. Great value. Having a big range of Foxtel channels with excellent wifi was a bonus and the basement car park is super handy.

The people running St Tropez were just so lovely and very accomodating ! The appartments may be a little on the older side but have everything you need at the price you pay . Great location and even a view of the beach from our room ! So close to everything you need

Signage from basement carpark to closest stairs could be clearer. Luggage has to be carried up stairs from basement to rooms.

Great location in the centre of Surfers. Only a block from beachfront. Great restaurants and cafes on doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff. While an older style complex, the pool area was fantastic (lovely tropical feel) and the suites were spacious and well appointed and maintained. Very clean.
