The 100 dollar per night per room additional bond. Makes it difficult book multiple rooms for long stays as our business needs so that will cause a future problem for larger travel groups.

good location for work and plenty of amenities and other services close to the property. Also has good space to have larger meeting in the open area with bar and food service available until 10pm

The spa pool wasn't functioning properly (heating tripping out), and so was only hot 2 of the 5 days we stayed.

Excellent location in the CBD with good river view. Good sized room with a spacious bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. Fully equipped as one would expect. Two restaurants with reasonably priced food. Good gym and pool.

Nothing really. There was some noisy water pipes from one of the rooms above I think but nothing major.

Loved the room and view. The little touch of some treats for our anniversary was lovely. The breakfast was awesome too. Staff were friendly and always smiled and said hello.

Our main issue was at 6am the next door room had showers running and water pipes were very loud in the walls

Our check in was delayed for an hour, then our bags took another hour to be delivered to our room, we found dirty socks under the bed & we were told via email enquiry that they hired bikes when in fact they didn’t

We were under the impression that if we chose not to have beds made up we would have a saving as promoted of $10 each day We did not have it explained that also no dirty plates would be collected, no coffee or tea bags replaced or cups and glasses cleaned for the whole of our stay At check out we were told that the discount only applied to bar services charged to our account which we did not use My guests from Melbourne were a bit disappointed that their holiday ended this way at the Stamford

Loud noise whenever showers/plumbing used on floors above. No re-stocking of milk or tea bags and no way of washing up used cups etc but cups not replaced with clean ones either. Beds not re-made properly each day. Pav Bar food very average and not worth the money.

Reception staff & concierge were great. Room was a good size. Pool was lovely. Breakfast included. Location very handy.

Room was a little outdated, but plenty of space. The pool was a bit cold for heated and spa was just warm. Breakfast was nice, nothing different to average buffet. One touch button coffee machine, same as in fuel station etc did the trick

Great Water pressure and comfy beds. Room service and Concierge were super lovely as were Front desk team.

There was a small issue with the room when we arrived and I called for assistance and unfortunately there was a language barrier with the person on the phone which left me upset, the lady couldn’t understand me either. However, when I attended the front desk in person I was treated lovely and the room situation was easily fixed and they gave us a free drink for the inconvenience.

Single beds very close together when staying with a colleague Given than we were paying for 3 nights, it would have been helpful to receive complimentary bottles of water each day.
