Unit needed deep clean. Main bathroom shower & basin needed cleaning. Curtains needed rehanging. Food & previous tenants belongings left under lounges & mat. WiFi was useless.

Communication with key pick up excellent. Location good, close to trams & supermarket. Lovely indoor pool, tennis court & gym.

The apartment was dusty and messed with the 2 of us who had dust allergy/hay fever. it was carpeted, the a/c vents were dirty, wardrobe tracks were dirty, and the apartment dated. Lack of permanent hanging space for wet towels etc. Apartment had a faint smell of cigarettes as though people had been smoking on the verandah with the doors open. The lounges weren't very comfortable.

The beds, although hard and at first feel, uncomfortable, were surprisingly good as everyone slept well. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. We even scored some bonus ice creams (we assumed left in the freezer by the last guest) The lifts were fast. We are extremely greatful.for the staff member who replied to our plea for help when we forgot the code and were locked out of the apartment at midnight. We liked its proximity to trams, supermarkets, and Southbank Yarra River esplanade.. Although it likened being in a fish bowl with views straight into many apartments, it was good entertainment, like watching 100s of reality tv channels at once! 😂

The apartment was a little outdated and a few furnishings were old and needed maintenance (eg, kitchen table), but otherwise great price for what was offered.

Great location, easy to find. Parking, pool and view was great. Considering it was grand prix in Melbourne, the price was really reasonable. Lovely customer service and friendly people in the building too. Would definitely stay again, thanks

A bit outdated, floor very uneven and damaged but didn't affect us. Place could have been a little cleaner. Laundry very dirty. Beds lovely clean linen. Not very comfortable though. Lifts were very frustrating due to not enough working and many users. Although adequate for our stay.

Self contained apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay. Good location. Very good host. Very helpful. Let us check in early at no extra cost. No complaints.

Only disappointment was the hiccup at the start which was quickly sorted and also the tv wouldn't connect to the internet which my kids didn't like. Apart from that nothing else.

The view was awesome. The room was great and comfortable 😌. My kids loved being on the balcony watching night lights etc.

The room did not have a Reception desk, however that was no problem as I had great communication with my contact. We were contacted via SMS the morning of arrival to discuss ETA. We were met at the front and escorted to the room where we paid our room bond on a portable EFTPOS and received our keys and instructions. It was a really enjoyable stay. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thank you for the late check out. See you again.

Air conditioning was not strong enough to circulate through the entire building and got quite warm during the summer weather, though two pedestal fans were provided.

Facilities were amazing and staff were friendly and willing to do last minute changes for us.

They could improve on the elevators operating. Other than we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be back.

The facilities available were great for our group to have fun & to entertain. Very roomy for families or groups staying together. The location was great all in walking distance. To the casino only a 15min walk. Lastly the view from our rooms were amazing!

The apartment needs to be updated in the lounge and kitchen area. Fry pans renewed and exhaust fan filters cleaned. The couches in the lounge are stained and retain odour. A more durable and resilient fabric would do this.

I felt my bed was a little on the firm side but there were no other complaints from anyone else in the group regarding their beds.

Great location and room was huge. Had a slight hiccup but Ernst was very helpful and friendly and dealt with it immediately. 5 stars for Ernst's hospitality 👍 Would recommend staying here, great value for money!
