My only comment would be that for some people the floor height changes might be challenging - and during the night i was very careful to carry my phone set on torch as there's several single steps between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Stirling Cottage captures the beauty and history of the stone cottages of this area, with amazing little antiques, both furniture and nick nacks, matched with modern functionality and conveniences, with everything you might need, including plenty of breakfast provisions, with good choice and quality, for a light breakfast, and even basics like oil, salt and pepper, laundry liquid.... and even a beautiful garden, extremely comfortable stay!

Small things. The different floor levels took a little getting used to. Electric lighting inconsistent. Unsure what to do with rubbish after our stay (most hosts require it be removed to an outside bin).

Amenities and inclusions were above par. Surroundings visually stunning. The relaxing and comfortable nature of the interiors.

For us, it was perfect. If you wanted to walk into town it may be a bit far for some - but we did this comfortably once or twice a day (as well as walking into Aldgate which is a bit further). I think the stay could probably be improved by a hammock or outdoor couch but we were quite comfortable in the garden setting.

Stirling Cottage was an absolutely delightful stay over the New Year holiday period with my partner and her parents. Stirling is deceptively close to Adelaide Airport, but you would have no idea once you get there - so highly recommend as a retreat! The cottage was very well appointed, and had everything you could possibly need for a four night stay. It's evident that the host goes out of her way to ensure the cottage is a comfortable stay and has all the condiments and extras that you need (particularly if you want to cook your own meals). We spent a great deal of time reading and relaxing in the garden, and playing board games/sitting by the fire after dinner in the living room and it was incredibly comfortable for the four of us. The garden is an oasis, and a home away from home - we were sad to leave!

It was a sanctuary in Stirling. It was cosy and brought back memories of our old home. Quiet/private location. Minutes away from shops and restaurants. Necessities provided. Modern amenities in historical cottages. It was a wonderful experience.

The Stirling Cottage was just the most perfect accommodation to stay. I booked the accommodation for myself and my 3 bridesmaids so that we could relax on the night before the wedding and wake up together to get ready. And for a few extra nights for the ladies to stay on the night of the wedding and for recovery the next night as well! Wow. What a beautiful place to get ready for a wedding and a fabulous place for recovery. Very relaxing, super comfortable and the perfect location for our wedding preparation. Aside from our particular situation, it is perfectly located in Stirling. Walking distance to The Patch restaurant and the Stirling Pub as well as the main street of Stirling in general. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful gardening. Very well stocked - the host has thought of everything. Very generous and kind host who was flexible and understanding. Styled impeccably. I was so very impressed with our stay at the Stirling Cottage. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had such a wonderful time at this most amazing stunning property. The cottage itself is close to everything in Stirling and gorgeous, attention to detail and styling just spot on. The gardens exquisite with lovely settings to relax and we were very lucky to be there with spring flowers erupting. Our host Michelle was so lovely and made sure we were well informed and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. I can’t recommend Stirling Cottage enough, we will be back for another stay!

Wow, wow, wow! What an exceptional property. We loved our stay in this gorgeous cottage. Lovely fire place, comfortable beds, and excellent cooking & washing facilities. An easy walk to the local shops and cafes too.

The pillows! They let the experience down as the were low quality. They needed to be duck down or latex to match the quality of the rest of the cottage. We found a few hairs in the shower which was a bit off putting. Last of all, couch has a couple of holes in it - would be a shame to not repair / patch it so it does not get worse.

Very well equiped, spacious, comfortable property. Michelle, the host, was excellent in communicating all the details we needed for our stay and was very accommodating with provisions for the included breakfast.
