The stay was wonderful, the hosts were lovely, room was spotless. The SPA in the room was amazing and there is also heated pool at the property, our daughter loved it. Breakfast was very nice and nicely presented.

The cleanness, the peaceful surrounds the modern comforts and the fact that it’s pet friendly and that we all enjoyed everything.

It’s a beautiful farm house with all the comfort of the old. Very clean and, comfortable linen, pillows and towels. The coffee making facility is very comprehensive, with a selection of teas good quality instantaneous coffee and also grounded coffee, fresh milk and even fresh cookies. All care was taken to give us that sense of thoughtful touches to enhance our stay.

Nothing to say here. Strathearne is an exceptional property and Lyn and Peter are gracious and professional hosts.

Lyn and Peter are gracious hosts and Strathearne is a lovingly cared for family property. Suite 1 like the rest of the suites is exceptionally large and had unexpected mod cons (Apple TV, Netflix, etc). Lyn and Peter have thought of everything, included having retractable screens around the private spa bath to completely block light from entering the bedroom at night time. It was a delight spotting wildlife at night (we had a friendly frog and a sugar glider visit us) and the view to the fields through the archway in our private garden was picture-perfect. The pool was lovely and warm and the continental breakfast hit the spot. The decor is superb and the entire property is spotless. It was lovely to sip on the complimentary port and we even found some homemade cookies and chocolates. Lyn and Peter meet all guests' needs whilst giving guests their privacy. We would not hesitate to book again, even just for the cuddles with their family pup Beckie.

This beautiful accommodation richly deserves its amazing 9.8 out of 10 rating on Booking.com. The room is huge and beautifully furnished. It is also fantastic value for money when you consider the luxury and great breakfast. The grounds are simply wonderful with each room having a private garden. Heaven for a weary traveller.

Only a minor nitpick but my partner found the bed to be a bit too firm for a comfy sleep.

Loved our stay for a relaxing long weekend. The owners were very hospitable and polite. Our room was huge and had all the comforts we needed. Also got to meet the owners cute and cheeky pet dog Becky :)

breakfast was very ordinary, given the tariff.

size of room was great and own private garden looking out onto paddocks. there was also under cover parking which was good given the heavy thunderstorm which occurred. The local hotel was not too far away.

if the spa has a railing. it will improve the getting in and out of the spa enormously.

love the colonial style as well as spaciousness of the room. The setting of the room is lovely. staff is real friendly.
