I had to haul my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The single bed only had one synthetic blanket folded in two and I was cold. The room was in shocking condition, really dodgy, dirty windows, dirty carpet, peeling paint, unknown dried suspect substance dripping from wall and on carpet below, cracked mirror in bathroom, chipped bathroom cabinet, floor in bathroom needed scrubbing. Jug cord so short that the jug could only be boiled on the floor. No internet and only crappy free to air TV which was fixed at an angle really hard to watch. I took photos of the rooms condition.

The bed was clean and comfortable enough. Water in shower was hot and strong. Clean towels. Reasonable quiet until 1am. Housekeeping girls friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced room. Very close to public transport.

* Heritage building not well maintained inside (very squeaky floorboards in bedroom. rather dim and gloomy) * No stay over clean done (when I asked otherwise lovely helpful reception staff if should have been and why not, their answers made no sense)

Not easy to climb to second floor with luggage,. The price was high, but considering Easter weekend and school holidays, it was one of the cheapest in Sydney.

Very convenient to the train station. Room was very clean Noise was bad from children jumping off beds in either a neighbouring room or above me until 11:30pm each night. I didn't mind the noise from the beer garden, it was fine.

It's an old fashioned hotel with no air con, no lift, toilets are out and look raw and not comfortable or practical. Hotel is ok for one or two nights, l regretted to be one entire week there. Bit noises during night, doors slams a lot.

Location is good, few steps to the train station and restaurants and wooles. Beds are kind comfortable l slept kind good all nights.

What our room really needed was bedside tables (preferably with lamps) as we only had the one overhead light in our bedroom, also some more power outlets in the room would be good. The tap in the bathroom was loose, I'm not sure if this was on purpose so you could fill the kettle but it felt like it could break at any moment.

Excellent location, our room was spacious with a nice little table we could sit at, as well as two beds, cupboards, mirror, small fridge, as well as a tv on the wall. Bathroom was spacious too.

3 flights of stairs, no aircon. No bar fridge, uhd milk cups were a bit ick from the warmth, otherwise fine. Bistro isn't open on Sundays, but Broaster on the corner was solid for dinner

Bathrooms/facilities were really not clean, showers and sinks etc were mouldly and broken. Housekeeping wasn't great. Price was probably inflated with the events on so can't say much on that. Wouldn't book again.

Location right next to train station with great links was fantastic. Good food etc in the area. Beds were comfy, rooms reasonable size.

STAFF! We’re simply amazing - facilities are definitely budget but fine for a quick stay in a good location for a concert at Accor stadium. Mix up with the beds was quickly sorted by staff even though it was 10pm.
