Do yourself a favor and stay here! Firstly Teresa is a fantastic host and made our stay soo comfortable! Secondly the property is stunning, the garden is old world Europe, just gorgeous to sit and enjoy! The place is large, spotless and has everything you need! Thank you so much Teresa for having us.

Wish we could have stayed for longer.

Gorgeous private studio with an unbelievable view of the green hills and blue ocean. The studio had everything we needed, from the kitchen to a peaceful relaxing garden, it felt like home away from home. The chickens were very generous with their daily eggs and Mini the dog with her energetic personality made it hard for us to leave. We loved every bit of it.

Beatiful place, well thought in the minimum details, short distance from the beach trail. Teresa and Nigel are extremely friendly and helpful. If you enjoy long walks by the seashore, the city center might be at walking distance (ca. 4km).

Honestly nothing to fault

Quiet and peaceful location but still close enough to town, appreciated the little details that made it feel very welcoming such as the Easter eggs and furry friend Mini who greeted us upon arrival. Kitchen and bathroom were also very well equipped which made things very convenient

The entire package was fantastic. Inside was spotles and beautifully laid out. Much care and thought has gone into providing anything that could be needed through the stay. The owners live on site and are lovely people who clearly enjoy interacting with their visitors. The garden was beautiful and had been designed by the owners who were more than happy to share their expertise on how to replicate it for ourselves.

Nothing whatsoever!!

Our hosts, Teresa & Nigel were very pleasant & approachable. Studio 22 was equipped with everything one would need as Teresa paid great attention to detail. Studio 22 was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our car was parked right outside the door. After busy days of touring the region, it was so nice to return to Studio 22 and rest up. The garden is stunningly simplistic & we saw many birds. Mini the Jack Russell came to see us each morning and evening - she's gorgeous. If you are not staying in Studio 22 when in Port Lincoln, THEN YOU ARE STAYING IN THE WRONG PLACE. Thank you, Teresa & Nigel for providing first class accommodation for us. Barrie & Lesley.

Everything was totally perfect. The location and the quality and comfort of the studio were all excellent. Great extras were the very friendly welcome from Minnie (the dog) on arrival and the ability to collect fresh eggs for breakfast. Only downside was that the studio was so comfortable and relaxing that we hung around a bit too much instead of exploring Port Lincoln itself. :)

The studio and the studio gardens were spectacular. Teresa was very welcoming, and her attention to detail to ensure her guests are comfortable is outstanding. Teresa's dog Mini 🐕 also made us feel welcomed, and we loved spending time with her in the garden. If you are travelling to Port Lincoln, we would highly recommend a stay at Studio 22. We will definitely stay there again. On a personal note, we would like to thank Teresa for helping us sort out an issue we had with our cat .🚗

Invited to collect fresh eggs for our breakfast. Excellent location as we had a function few kilometers on Saturday night. Everything was 5 star - comfy bed, hot shower & all facilities provided for our stay.

There was nothing we did not like. It would have been nice to have some walks close by however this was overcome by a short car ride into Port Lincoln. This was not a deal breaker.

The facilities and ambience of the property was more than we expected, lovely outside area with a great vibe. The interior was also very comforting and well equipped with all lovely amenities.

Beautiful and spacious studio with parking just out the front which was great. Therese was super accomodating and even gave us wine and freshly baked banana bread on our last night. We also loved the beautiful garden that we were able to take some fresh herbs to use for our dinners. Highly recommend !
