Great location, central to everything. Room was mostly clean except for a little dirt on the floor edging of the room and bathroom. also the balcony glass was quite dirty and full of cobwebs, particularly in the centre of the glass panels. Internet was very, very slow. Overall a very comfortable stay. Not deterred, will be back again. Thank you.

The property was great, we only had a small issue with the lights in the beginning and our door. These were attended to straight away, which was greatly appreciated.

I liked having the small kitchenette, a microwave is perfect if you don’t have the time to go out for breakfast. There’s enough bowls, plates and cutlery for two along with supplies to wash the dishes. The bathroom had ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makes a huge difference when other places supply a small bottle and there’s two people. Having a shower cap was welcome as well. Although the property is located just off a main road, it was quiet. We had a view from the city from the balcony and the property is located next to a school which again, keeps weekend noise to a minimum. Located just across the road from a shopping centre, perfect if you need to grab a few things and not far from Accor stadium for our concert.

For a small room it appeared large and roomy. The kitchenette was well equipped, the bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and the decor was new and modern. Despite being on a busy road the room was quiet.

Management attitude I had booked a single room it was road facing and very noisy and I could hear the car noise. Even when rooms were available they said pay etc AUD 30 per night and charged me AUD 75. Single bed was very uncomfortable and not worth

Quite a good location opposite a large shopping centre with lots of food options. There is also a decent pub around the corner. Rooms with two beds also have a balcony.

The internal noise I could here from the room - fans running, people showering.

The littles touches that made it feel like a hotel. The free coffee. The water, biccis, and coffee facilities in the room. The room cleaning.

It would be more convenient to return the security deposit on check out than several business days later.

A really convenient and good value place to stay with friendly staff, a faultlessly clean and well equipped room and a free coffee in the morning. Has either very recently opened or has exceptional upkeep.

The location is the only thing that was a bit hard to get by but if you have a car it should be fine.

The room was great, the rooftop has a great view, the staff is super nice and you get a free coffee everyday. The room is always very clean!

Use didn't have a dustpan and broom , we paid $15 for parking and the parking we got couldn't fit into properly because nuther car wheels were on our side they are very small parks

I like that the room was clean , bed was comfortable, decent size fridge/ freezer, nice pillowes and warm blanket , and the shower , it was across from the shops
