Just the chair and sofa a little tired, needs updating.

Great location for Southbank area, just a short walk to the theatre (QPAC) and the man made beach area on the Southbank. Supermarket a short walk away too. Lovely pool area to use. Apartment was comfortable and clean. It’s safe and secure too. Would book again.

Unfortunately with all the recent rain, the pool was turning green. Just bad timing, for that one. A closer key pick up point would be better. We had a car, but if you didn't it would be inconvenient

The location was perfect for our visit. Gallery, museum & southbank parklands. The unit was well equipped. Plenty of towels, good beds. Good contact with host. Great to have a carpark

From beginning to end having to communicate with the host which became extremely stressful . The “vetting “ process from credit check to taking a photo of yourself and sending it. The key pick up address was over the river, where we would have to uber.could not pick up keys till 3pm even although multiple requests were made as qe had a booked kunch ag 12 md. I explained issue to host, Key pick up changed to 2k away 6pm the evening before. Deposit $300 on credit card had to be verified again by host or “booking cancelled “ only 24 hours before hand. . No one had a car. Host agreed to let us pick up key from her “manager” at property where we met in the street for 2 minutes and was charged $50 extra! This was taken from my deposit! Asked to drop off keys over river by 10 am check out but left keys in flat when host finally agreed. Had 2 texts whilst in unit reminding us of check out time, key pick up and noise rules!! Had to “request” use of pull down sofa fir extra linen. Was told deposit would be withheld till unit inspected then money released. This took four days. I have never had to verify, text, explain myself , prove my identity on bookings.com and at one point was going to cancel booking due to the hosts numerous requests. We were a group of 4 , 60 year old women on a weekend away for a birthday not a group of schoolies who had to be checked and reminded to be quiet and asked NOT to dirty white towels with makeup or fake tan or anything that would mark them! For this unit the key cist needs to be included and the pre checks need tk be rectified. as I said NEVER before have I had to do this on any booking forum.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The communication was amazing! Instructions simple and clear. Lovely gesture on arrival. Super clean. Plenty of pillows to meet different tastes. Bedding options.

The check in process was extremely complex - there was a lot of information requested to confirm the booking (more than I have previously been required to provide at any other accommodation type) and the key pick up location was a significant distance from the accommodation and not particularly convenient with luggage and children and after a long day of travel. The apartment was quite small and the sofa bed quite uncomfortable (I would recommend for a family/group of more than four ). The bathroom could have been cleaner and the dishwasher was awaiting repair when we stayed.

The pool was amazing and the balcony was a lovely place to hang out. It is in a great location in South Brisbane. There was a lovely note and bottle of wine from the hosts when we arrived.

The TV didn’t turn on and the dishwasher water wouldn’t drain. The apartment was probably a bit small for a family of our size.

The location was great. It was great to be able to walk to everywhere I needed to go. Free parking was another tick. The beds were very comfortable - we slept very well. The baby was well catered for - portacot, high chair and baby bath. The bottle of wine was a nice surprise.

Too many emails with instructions, and the keys where located 10mins away by taxi at a 7eleven shop, not convenient when travelling with children.

The only problem was collecting the key. The pick up site was quite a distance from the unit which would have been difficult. However I must say, when I explained we had not seen the instruction to pick up and drop off in another place, the owner worked hard to facilitate another option for us. Thankyou.

Apartment was terrific size, perfect position as we were meeting at convention centre. Really well presented, clean, comfortable. Love the welcome gift, thanks.

There was a locked dilapidated cupboard on the balcony which had really bad water damage to the base - I was concerned it was going to collapse so tried to keep my daughter away from it. The aircon was great in the living space but didn’t seem to cool the bedrooms down unfortunately. We were given the wrong address for key collection which was really frustrating, particularly as pick up is on the other side of the city. After calling the host we were texted 10 mins later with the correct pick up address.

Great location, close to everything. Apartment was well equipped but pretty compact.

It would have been more convenient if it was mentioned before midday of the day of checking that the keys had to be picked up from a key safe in the car park of a building 45 minutes walk away on the other side of the city.

The key pick up and drop off is extremely inconvenient - it is located across the river from the actual apartment at a convenience store in Brisbane city. For this reason alone I am hesitant to stay again. The apartment was advertised as luxury, it might have been when it was new but it is tired in places with water or rust marks around the air-conditioner vent and some of the skirting boards are falling off. The pool decking area is also showing it's age and could do with some maintenance (not something the owner can fix but could let the body corporate know). The apartment could also do with a very deep clean and better normal cleaning between tentants. There are marks on the carpets and lounges, there were hairs and dirt on the floor, one of the throw rugs was damaged and had food and grass in it, there were hairs on the tiles in the bathroom - definitely not what we considered clean. I notified the owner when we first arrived. The next day the owner replied and requested photos, which I provided, then offered to have the cleaners back to fix it. I declined as we were already there and it would be more of an inconvenience for my family. The dishwasher also is in need of a filter clean or replacement, the smell when opened was horrendous. The free WiFi password also didn't work

The location is great, walking distance to South Bank and also to the West End eateries. Pool was good. Apartment has a large balcony attached to it. Nice touch of the welcome gift of a bottle of wine and healthy snacks
