You can’t use the pool on level 6 which is disappointing. The shower doesn’t drain properly so can cause a lot of water to flood the bathroom floor.

Location was amazing, beds are comfortable, great little apartment.

Owner of the property was fantastic & really helpful, clear instructions on where to park & how to get to the hotel. The view from the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Apartment was clean & really comfortable, I definitely would stay again.

Nothing I didn't like although would have loved a couple of more towels (being a girl, I use one for my hair when i wash it and one for my body) but that's being picky.

Had a beautiful stay at this apartment for my 30th birthday with a couple of friends. The location was so convenient. The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed. Communication was very prompt and attentive from the host and they made sure we had everything we needed. They even brought a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday.

Car parking???? I wish to advise you that people can only claim the $20 per stay parking if they book the Star Residences through Star Casino itself. Therefore you can now advise future people booking that they will not get a $20 car park.

The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the Oasis and it suited us as we were having dinner at the Indian Restaurant one block away which again we were able to walk to.

Well they asked a price only payable by higher socio people could pay but then didnt include parking and you had to collect and return the keys to a 7-11 store. You look over the pool on level 6 but you cannot access it. It was simply too hard and I wouldnt do it again.

parking is very difficult as first come first served and really hard to find a park and then had to walk really far with suitcases not enough coffee pods for amount of people paid for extra person and got a blow up mattress with no blankets or extra bedding dirty towel behind our bed in main room pay top dollar and expected to take your own rubbish out … feel that’s a bit too much to ask, especially with no instructions of where to dispose of it and no easily accessible bins… and had to trek so far with bags back to car blockout curtains in bedrooms would be good as tried to sleep in and light came in instructions for how to use the bluetooth soundbar would be helpful
