Everything was perfect!

This was an amazing first two weeks of our year long Australian visit. We had the best time relaxing and enjoying Michael's fabulous space. It was well equipped and easily accessible. Michael was on hand for any help/questions we may have had and he truly was the best host we have come in contact with thus far. I will miss this little pocket of bliss just a short walk away from Bondi Beach. I would recommend getting up for sunrise one morning as this place is located so closely and then going to SHUK down the road for a morning coffee! Thank you for everything :)

It’s a bit wet in winter. But with the A/C was ok.

Nice place with everything you need. Good view. Perfect place for breakfast called SHUK is close. Buses are close too.

We had a very lovely 4 night stay at the studio. The owner Micheal was very welcoming and helpfull - we especially appreciated that it was possible to leave our luggage the last day because our flight was in the evening. The studio had everything we needed for our vacation - it was very nice to have a quiet aircon on the hot days and nights. The views from the stairs up to the studio over Bondi Beach is stunning, and you only need to walk 10-15 minutes to reach Bondi Beach or 25 minutes to reach the ferry at Rose Bay and have a beautiful, quick and easy sail into Sydney CBD.

Great location with easy parking on the street. Comfy bed and very quiet neighborhood. The room had everything we needed. Michael met us on arrival and was very friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Michael is like father figure for somebody, grand father figure for somebody, may be a very good friend and guide for somebody, he is the best host you can get. It is not a Bnb , it is a home away from home, everything was fantastic, no problems at all.

There was no couch or comfortable lounge seats, which made it hard for me with my neck issues, laying down on a bed is usually fine, to watch TV ,,but with my neck issue it actually makes my neck worse to lay down for too long. Perfect for young couples though.

Property was in a quiet safe area, easy 15 minute walk down to Bondi Beach and easy access to bus network. Beautiful view of the sea too. Host provided the little things that made life easy like coffee and shampoo.

Would have liked one of the pillows to have been a bit softer. Otherwise brilliant.

The property had all the basics covered. I love a nice firm bed and pillows. The bathroom was nice and updated. The location was awesome! Close to Bondi Beach, you could walk if you wanted. I chose to drive though. Michael was available with any needs and was very attentive.

there were a few ants around the desk and the carpet on the floor was a bit old. but we didn’t mind because were wearing thongs inside.

the location and view were stunning!!!! we fell in love as soon as we walk in the Michael’s office for check-in. and Michael the host was very kind and accommodating! we had really good time with chit chat:)

Not a lot. No restaurants in walking distance but easy drive to Bondi. Bathroom gets wet.

Cute studio with outdoor courtyard and high quality fixtures and finishes. Good tv and efficient aircon, everything worked and the view, though not from the studio, really is stunning. Parking in the street was always available and luggage goes up in a travellator. Lots of steps give access but allow views and daily exercise. Friendly host on site ready to solve any problems. Great base to explore Bondi. Very well priced and we would certainly stay again.

The room is very moist and not 100% clean the carpet is with stains and the curtains are dirty.

Great location, convenient bus ride to circular quay and anyway. A nice owner who is keen to take care of things for your stay.
