Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIt's not acceptable for people to operate a service like this current environment. Deplated rooms ,poor furnishings, and fittings . Lacking basic standards, i.e., WC ,sink basin cracked . Wouldn't recommend that anyone avail of the premises. Disappointing wouldn't do it justice.

AustraliaThe shower only ran hot only. The staff took my id for key security for a mandatory 10 am check out, but the reception doesn't open until 11 am. When I had to collect my id the next day, the reception found it funny that I had no id for 24hrs. It is an apartment building, with apartments divided into shared accommodation

The location is right close to all of the main streets in Melbourne CBD. Amazing location with a little walk to get to the places in the central of the city.

AustraliaIncredibly dirty, rundown, unsafe place to stay. It is not an hotel, neither a hostel, rather a random student accomodation. Very bad communication. Hard to believe a place like this has a licence to operate.
Absolutely nothing is good about this place. It's located in a big apartment building where it's very difficult to check in. They use some of the building's units to offer rooms that are below any decent hygienic and security standard.

AustraliaWhat I didn't like was the information on the website was not specific enough. When I booked my room, it said it had a bathroom. It said nothing about the apartment havng 6 rooms, all lockable, and 1 bathroom and a shared kitchen. Rooms were very hot and no windows to open for fresh air. There was minimal kitchen utensils, enough for 1 room, but not for 6. And there was no TV at all.
The best possible location when you fly to Melbourne. The Skybus drops you off at Spencer St Station and the accomodation is a 5 minute walk away. Plus, you have access to the trains and the trams right outside of the place. Just fantastic. The room was adequate if you used it purely to sleep at night and to be away all day. The other people staying there were all considerate of each other and it was not an unpleasant stay. I came down for the Australian Open, so was out all day, so I didn't spend time there after having breakfast.

AustraliaVery basic equipment in the kitchen. Given that the apartment had bedding for at least 12 people, probably 10 or 11 would have gone without items. Not even a tea towel to wipe the dishes, and for the 5 days we were there, whoever washed the dishes left them on the sink to dry. They had no choice - only way to do it. But they stayed there until the next person used them. Some items are still there no doubt. Cleaning of the apartment was very basic. When inconsiderate clients flooded the bathroom, there wasn't a mop or rags to clean it up. It stayed there until it dried up naturally. The floor was slippery as was the bath tub, with no rail to hold on to as you stepped out. Very dangerous. The balcony was a disgrace - filthy.
The location was excellent and that was the major attraction for us. For the price, it was pretty much what I expected, but I didn't realise that it was an apartment with 6 bedrooms, with one bathroom for the 6 rooms. No TV in the apartment was a surprise. It was comfortable to a point but in hot weather, no air flow and no adequate cooling systems. The fan had to be as close as possible to the bed to feel the air.

United KingdomWe were extremely disappointed with this acommadation. Nowhere on the listing did I see that this was a room in a shared apartment. We felt like we had been duped. We are a couple in our 50's and were kept awake by people talking and turning lights on and off, a tumble dryer with shoes in it at midnight for an hour and only had one towel for a couple? Our night was terrible and I would never stay here again.
