Fantastic property in an ideal location for views, food and public transport. We had a rental car which was secure in a car park provided as part of the accommodation. Would highly recommend to any couple looking to stay on the GC.

*This property comes with lots of conditions. We felt like we had to be careful moving around the place. There are so many rules, and if you missed one, you'd be charged. *My partner's mother passed away the week before, and the funeral happened to fall on the same day we were supposed to fly up to the GC. We had to change our flight to the following day. When I contacted the property, I was told that there was no refund for that night, nor could I put in a claim through travel insurance. If I wanted to cancel, I could however they're would be no refund unless someone else came along and booked the same dates. So I basically lost about $189 for that missed night. Kinda sucked, but what I didn't like was the way it was delivered to me by the agent over the phone. No empathy at all. *The doona cover and pillow cases had some questionable stains on them and had a slight musty smell to them. *A TV in the bedroom would've been a great little addition. Other than that, it was comfortable and close to where I needed to be for work.

The view was phenomenal. Spacious bathroom and shower Walk in robe Beds were very comfortable Large lounge and entertainment area with a large kitchen.

The views were amazing! The apartment was peaceful and barely heard anything from surrounding apartments. Location was so handy to nearby shops and tram station right outside on ocean Ave. So close to the beach also 😍

This Apartment was extremely clean, very spacious and amazing views! Only a short walk to main shops or you can catch the tram right outside. My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again

We couldn't connect to the internet for the TV. So, unfortunately we weren't able to access any apps on the TV. This was for the entire stay over 3 nights.

Waiting around to pick up keys , not from the hotel was disappointing .. 3/4 of day wasted having to also virtually detail the apt rior to leaving was also something havent had to do anywhere else the apt howeverwas very comfortable

It was not great for providing on location meals, with only a breakfast restaurant option available. Although it is a holiday destination where you are out, it would be great to be able to have dinner only a loft ride away and not a car ride/walk into the main strip of Surfers.

It was a great family vibe and had a Hawaiian/Tiki theme to the hotel and facilities (pool).

I think the indoor pool could have been alot more heated, as it says indoor heated pool, but it definately wasn't heated.

Friendly staff. We liked how there were several pools to use and it was all really kid friendly and the kids had an amazing time.
