We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaPoor dining service in the bistro. Waited 40 minutes for 2 entrees at dinner and next morning at breakfast after a 50 minute wait found that my husband's breakfast order had been "lost".
Very clean and accommodating room for my disabled husband. Good communication about our booking.

AustraliaThe mugs in the room weren’t cleaned properly and there were only 2 towels supplied. Some of the fixture's and fittings in the bathroom were rusted and the bathroom ceiling had traces of mould. The grout also has old mould on it.

AustraliaAs soon as I walked into the unit, there were about 20 big flies buzzing around. Eventually, I found a can of fly spray, and I sprayed them, and most of them died in the bathroom, up in the window cill. Would be a great idea to have screen doors. The bathroom tiles, especially in the shower cubicle, have not been scrubbed for a very long time. Very unhygienic. The electric kettle has also never been cleaned with an appliance cleaner. It was black inside.I have stayed here a couple of years ago, and I think the standard of cleanliness has dropped.
It is like a personal little unit, with your own parking out front the door. Good size room and bathroom. Great pub for food. Nice outdoor seating area at the pub.. Good service.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff great. We had a problem with the noise from a fence needing to be secured in the wind., 2 staff investigated to try to fix the problem but it was late, so they happily moved us to another room of the same size. Facilites were very good including a laundry on the property, Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Although located near the crossroads of the highways it was surprisingly quiet.
