Check in was easy enough. The road in front of the property is having a construction currently, so you might need to do a couple of uturns at first to locate the entrance (we faced the same issue as well at other airbnbs we booked throughout the trip since GC/Brisbane is having extensive road buiding it seems). The parking lot is just near the lift and you can access the lift through the door labelled FIP room using your keys. You might need to wiggle the keys a little though to get the door to open 😅. The unit is spacious and clean. Full of amenities to cook your own meal (even a rice cooker!) TV has netflix/YT which was a plus. No noise from the traffic heard if you shut the door. There is a washing machine provided, just no dryer function but you can dry your clothes on the drying rack provided, if you are not rushing for time. About 20mins drive to Surfer’s Paradise area. Daniel is a responsive host and you can ask him anything. We were running quite late on the day of check out and he graciously allowing us an hour late check out so thank you so much. Check out is a breeze as well. Just put the keys back into the lockbox in front of the property. All in all, Daniel’s place is much recommended for anyone with cars like us.

Daniel the host is very easy to deal with and has done a fabulous job with the presentation of this apartment, its light bright and airy, extremely clean and he’s thought of the little things that make a stay comfortable, plenty of towels, lots of extras in the kitchen, bathrooms with everything you could need (not little sachets ). Great parking and a lift to the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Master bathroom just tad small for me cos I'm big but it worked 🙂.

1) Firstly the location 💯 - was 8min drive to Bondi University where the competition was held and what we came down for. - 5min walk down to the beach - The laundromat was 1min drive on the same side as I had to dry the team Jerseys.. - Servo right next door preety much 2) The apartment is new and had all the little bits that I would usually run to the shops for - salt and pepper, a bottle of dishwasher liquid and not those little sachets that finish off in 1 wash. Even washing powder, extra towels which we didn't use but it was there. Extra Toilet Paper etc and all the utensils and appliances. Good quality stuff. 3) Very Clean 4) Easy check In and Out instructions 5) TV had Netflix, Stan and other channels which you have to log into your account of course. 6) Aircon in each room 7)Lift 8)Safe 9) Parking provided

The apartment had a crisp, clean, calming vibe. The location was a short walk to a beautiful, less busy beach. Secured parking was available, and having a lift to the floor was very helpful. Short walk to Coles and public transport. The owners have made sure you had everything you need and more..

The car park space is limited to 1 car and they are very tiny car parks. Hatchback only just fit.

The property supplied towels, Landry facilities, coffee and tea, hygiene products and overall a very cozy space for the 4 of us who stayed there. Up on the 4th floor, there is a terrace with beautiful garden beds and seating area for entertainment. The terrace is surrounded with a glass fence that stops the wind from coming in. Very nice to look at the sunset from up here!

Microwave was found dirty and plate unstable as there was no ring for the plate. Construction outside the property made access a little tricky.

The apartment was nice and clean. There were even snacks and food essentials of which we used some.
