How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was nothing we didn’t like. With more time we would have enjoyed more of the amenities on offer. There was a great room with kitchen , lots of tables for families or anyone camping. Television in that large area too with comfy lounge .
Cabin stay. We stayed only one night but if time permitted, we would have liked to stay longer. Have kept details and plan to stay again when possible. Very friendly staff.

It is difficult to drive close enough to the boomgate sensor to swipe the token - as there are white bollards in the way.
The cabin was well equipped. Right near the pool area. The park was close enough to town to be convenient, but also far enough away to be quiet. We only stayed 2 nights, but wished we could stay longer.

We stayed in a Queen Studio Unit. The room was spottlessly clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable. The pool is just beautiful and so very clean. We had the best sleep as it is a very quiet location. The beach, cafes, restaurants and Clubs are a very short stroll. We will only be staying here on our next visit.

We stayed for 6 days and didn't get a room clean or any updated toilet paper or soap.
The room was sensational and so was the view. We also loved the pool! The bed was so comfortable.

The matrass of the bunk beds is plastic, and the sheets tend to slip away, this is not very comfortable.
Very nice place, the camp place is in a quite convenient position and the accommodation is neat and comfortable.

Very convenient little studio cabins comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. Just opposite camp kitchen with bbqs. Short walk into local town with 2 little Indian supermarkets. Try the selection of Indian breads they are delicious.

Park is clean and tidy staff are friendly and responsive to the needs of guests (the batteries in our TV remote were flat and promptly replaced) . The facilities ie pool, playground, equipment and camp kitchen were all well maintained. The park has plenty of space and is walking distance to beach, shops, cafes and two clubs.

Whilst the environment is peaceful, the noise transmitted through the common wall and floor was excessive.
Compact, clean studio with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

No negatives. The park does not have full disability access as building raised because of flood risk. They will be expanding and hope to offer a disabled cabin with the new build.
The cabin was spotlessly clean. Bed compfy. Shower had great water pressure. Cabin quite sound proof and has fans and aircon. Little balcony for sitting and eating the local gelato. The pool and shared bbq area very clean and beautifully maintained. Easy walk all around town. Beautiful beach 200 metre walk. Local restaurants Thai, Indian and fish and chips just to name a few all excellent. Local club very cheap drinks and friendly staff. I have MS, although as yet no wheelchair access definitely suitable for people with wonky legs who can handle a few steps. The town itself is flat and easy for a wheelie walker or mobility scooter to get around. Great staff and super friendly. In fact everyone in town are so nice.
