My booking confirmation email said check in was 2pm. On the arrival day around 11am, I contacted the host and asked if it was possible to come in earlier. I was told no, and also that the check in time was now 3pm! I reminded them of their earlier advice in writing that it was 2pm- was told to now ignore that as 3pm would hold. There was lots of rubbish in their response about wanting to make sure the property was in perfect order and clean (cleaning was only average anyway!) I went to the property at 1pm and since I had the key lock code, I thought I would see if the cleaners were still there and if so, wait until they finished. The property was all clean and ready to go and looked like it had been left like that some time before. So basically, they have no interest in meeting customers needs, can't be bothered keeping track of their cleaning team to know when a property is actually ready and prefer to keep their guests waiting on the streets in the scorching heat after providing misleading check in time information. Not good enough.

It wasnt clean, the TV was broken, the lounge to sit on was not clean and so very uncomfortable that you couldn’t watch the broken tv even if you wanted to. The door lock was a nightmare, to try and get the key out once you finally opened the door was not good. The one night we sat on the dusty balcony, the person downstairs was smoking while we were trying to eat! There was no shelf in the shower to put anything so it had to sit on the floor, no where for the soap either. And it could so with some bleach thats for sure! First thing i look at when i got somewhere is the toilet, and it was dirty! Wee under the seat! To sum it up i wouldn’t stay there again especially for how much it cost! $1350 for 4 nights when you cant enjoy anything there. It was a place to sleep and thats it. I was close to trying to find somewhere else but that meant me spending on somewhere else also. The pictures are old and dont reflect the standard of the property.

The place was not clean there was mould in the shower and bathroom. Stale food and rubbish under the couch and coffee table. The room had an off putting smell and needed incense and diffuser daily. I received the wrong code for the lock box to start and had to call to retrieve keys.

The customer service and communication was terrible. I messaged them asking for check in details. No response. Left a voicemail. It was only after 90m minutes that I received a call back. Having waited in the dark for our check in details, the following day I contacted customer service to ask for a tea towel. I emailed them, no response, and no tea towel. The bathroom floor got flooded each time we used the shower. It wasn't the cleanest of places, however it served it's purpose as it was close to the beach and beach path.

I was appalled by the check in experience and the lack of customer service. The Let's Go Team left us waiting for 90 minutes at 8pm in the dark for the key safe details. However once we finally got into the apartment, we found it pleasant. Location was really good, right near the shops (including a well stocked IGA), the beach, nice cafes and the beach path. Our unit on the 1st floor was comfortable, had a nice little balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the shops. Kitchen was well equipped.

. It needs fresh paint and China and cookware replaced. Music speaker is outdated and most CDs are damaged and can’t be played. All the cutlery plates and knives were very dirty. I had to was everything before using. The freezer was in need of defrosting so tended to freeze the food. Only 3 pillowcases were on pillows. One was missing. The cleaners need to take more care. Also the backs of bothering remote controls were missing. When we checked in the smoke detector battery was beeping as it needed replacing. The cleaner must have noticed this earlier in the day. The garden could do with some care and planting

The lock mechanism on unit door would not always operate effectively. The unit floor had not been moped clean. Only one teaspoon in cutlery drawer.

The property was in good location and close to amenities. Good range of cooking utensil and cooking facilities. Bed was very comfortable.

We had 5 keys on our keyring, constantly trying to find the right keys to the 2 doors. Water pooled in the bathroom from the shower. No mattress protector on the bed. Confusion on check in time, initially we thought early check in was accepted, it wasn't until we arrived that we were advised it wasn't accepted. After driving 2 hours this was disappointing.

few issues - front door lower hinge was faulty so couldn’t open door all the way. toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. not sure how thorough the cleaning was - discovered a discarded garment stuffed behind the couch cushion.and there was mould on the fly screen in the bedroom window. Also, bit bemused by the tone of the rules regarding bins with a penalty applied if they weren’t put out for collection or overfilled. Would have thought this was the responsibility of the operator.

One set keys only. No sink plate drainer. Floors and kitchen surfaces dirty. Frying pan greasy. Verandahs and windows dirty. No breakfast bowls and not supplied when requested. Shower water waste partially blocked. Bathroom floor tile levels don’t drain to floor waste. Door handles loose and front door doesn’t close securely. No ironing board. Shared laundry filthy dirty. No weekly service for extended stays. Stairs access glass handrail unsafe. Attitude of property management. Just a poorly maintained property and not even kept clean to minimum standards noting Covid 19 health and safety requirements.

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Can over look some of these things but was a bit grubby. No washing facilities located at units. had to go to laundromat. Only supplied 2 towels for the 10 days. A couple more would have been nice.

Location was excellent. Close to shops and amenities. Close to the beach and walking. Parks nearby, Overall excellent location if you desire to be in that area. Internet only average at best. Still made for an enjoyable stay and was out and about mostly with family.

This property is in poor condition. There was no instruction of what apartment we were in. The tv was broken on arrival. The agents were not interested in helping us. There was no tv antenna to use the broken tv. The bathroom shower door hits the tiles and is hard to open. The end bedroom is insanely hot as it westerly facing and no aircon. Ants and bugs in bathroom and kitchen. Sliding door jammed. Overall very much a disappointment and will not stay here again.

Kitchen was dirty, stove too hadn't been wiped down. Furniture was stained Tv didn't work. Had DVD player that didn't work and most DVD cases didn't contain thr correct DVDs anyway. Shower screen caught on floor and didn't open properly. Had small ants throughout bathroom and unclean to some part. Bedrooms Had no air con. Window fittings left.open through day so bedroom was unbearably hot for arrival. Pillows uncomfortable. Front door difficult to unlock with key. Screen door to front didn't close or secure prop e lying and appears to be off the runners so wouldn't open properly.

Apartment Blue was unclean, TV was broken couches were dirty and uncomfortable. The bed was broken signifficantly so it is unlikley the beds were changed as any cleaner would have seen the damage to the bed. I had to sleep on the couch the first night, I requested a refund for the first night but was ignored by the property manager. I was so dissapointed. The appartment needs alot of maintenance to fix roller doors, shower screen in addition to above. I would not recommend this appartment in its current state. And definitely better value for money available elsewhere.
