Would not stay anywhere else. This gorgeous property feels like home and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. It’s beautifully decorated and every creature comfort offered. Our flight was so delayed that we arrived after dark but imagine our surprise and delight to pull up out the front to see a lit Christmas tree welcoming us. This is our 2nd visit and would not hesitate to return. So happy we stumbled on this gem five mins from the family we were visiting.

As my mother and I are both very short, a step stool to reach the kitchen cupboards would have been helpful, but this won't be a problem for most people. We are both around 5ft tall!

Great place with a front garden and rear courtyard which made it private. The whole feel of the unit was quirky, warm and welcoming. It was a home away from home. There was cereals and museli provided as well as a welcome basket of goodies, milk and juice that hit the spot. The beds were really comfortable.

Honestly there was nothing, even if I had to nitpick. The price was great and services were excellent.

Everything you could think of needing, was readily available in the house. Greeted by a fabulous gift basket of treats and a lovely note. Even provided with our milk and juice of choice. The apartment had a cosy and warm feel and made us feel at home whilst being far away from our home. Carolyn was readily available to answer any questions, not that there were many because it was all so well communicated and prepped ahead of time. We would happily stay again next time we're visiting family nearby.

Everything was great. Being from a small town the traffic was a little noisy although it was to be expected.

Open communication and great location for our needs. It felt like a home away from home for my family. Loved the fact there was an enclosed rear courtyard and enclosed front yard for the kids to play in without having to worry about them wandering off

The apartment was comfortable and clean with a welcome pack of goodies , milk and juice in the fridge for us , having the driveway was fab , plus the apartment has chargers for the phones ☺️

A home away from home. Extra touches makes it feel so welcoming. All amenities plus more. The owners go the extra mile to make your stay extremely enjoyable. From the linens, condiments in the pantry to the welcome basket. Little touches show they care about each of their guests. Loved sitting outside enjoying the sunshine under the outdoor setting

Nothing! There is not one single thing I could suggest to improve this unit. It has the lot!

Everything! From the carport, through the unit, to the back yard with BBQ,is exemplary. The unit is fastidiously clean. You could literally live there because everything you could possibly need is supplied - and more! Bring a loaf of bread and you’re set. The kitchen, laundry, and even bathroom are outfitted with every conceivable need. There are games, books, magazines, and toys for the children. The beds, bedding and pillows are clean and comfortable. The unit is light, bright and welcoming. The owner was most helpful when we got a little lost. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and if I ever return to Adelaide, would be most disappointed if I was not able to stay at Sunshine 4.

The wifi dropped out but the host told us how to restart the modem. A clothes dryer would be handy.

Our stay here was most enjoyable. It was positioned very close to our family. The property has a lot of extra, thoughtful touches e.g. a snack basket and the host asked our preference for milk and juice. The beds were very comfortable. It is quite spacious with outdoor areas front and back. Our host was very quick to answer any enquires I had. The kitchen and bathroom is well stocked with necessities and even things you may need but didn't pack. Overall it is the best accommodation I've stayed in in Adelaide.

Nothing - the place was perfect.

This home was amazing - the facilities were exceptional. The check in process was simple and the hosts were very accommodating- including the welcome package full of tasty local snacks! I would recommend this place to everyone and may even return from UK soon. The location was also great for exploring the city, Adelaide hills and the beach.

Didn't expect the kitchen and bathroom to be so well equipped, there was everything you needed but more. In all my travels I have never seen so much thought put into a guests stay. Very homely.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the area. We received the lock box code with plenty of time and accessed the apartment with no hassle. Everything was very clean. Great property with two bedrooms, sleeps four comfortably.
