When we visited it was extremely windy and raining hard, which whistled through the windows and sliding doors, but once in our bedrooms for the night with the internal doors shut it wasn't too loud.

Excellent location just off the main esplanade for Surfers Paradise, everything was in walking distance to the apartment. We were on 13th floor, which gave us amazing views of the beach, ocean and the esplanade. We had a large balcony and lots of windows to get loads of natural light and fresh air in to the place. The main living room was large open plan, kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer, a dining table with 4 chairs and a large sofa and chair. The TV was massive and connected to the streaming services. There were 2 bedrooms, master bedroom had ensuite bathroom and were connected by a smaller balcony, with a washing line/clothes airer. The main bathroom was just off the living area and was a large size. The outdoor pool was heated and looked good, we didn't have enough time to use it. There were plenty of sun loungers also. The beach was a 2 minute walk, there were plenty of lifeguard areas to go swimming in along the beach. We were very unfortunate with the weather and had a lot of strong winds and rain for our time there. Everything was very clean and tidy, we were very impressed with this property.

Only one extra blanket in the twin room. We would have liked one more blanket so both kids could have two blankets on their beds.

Location was excellent and the views from our apartment were wonderful. We had views from all bedrooms and the lounge/kitchen. Loved how clean and organized it was and that we could wash and dry our clothes there. Loved the heated pool and hot spa too. Bonus was the rainbow loriketes that came to our balcony in the mornings.

Water shower is weak.1 of the bathroom got no door in the shower so water come out on the floor. Have to use the other bathroom that has door in the shower.

The view was gorgeous; overlooking the beach and within close proximity to Cavil Avenue, Surfers Paradise. It made for an excellent and central location with closeness to trams, restaurants, shopping precincts and the beach.

The fan in the second bedroom was very noisy, so we switched it off. Not able to sleep with it on. The twin beds were very uncomfortable.

Across the road from the beach, the location is amazing! You can smell the fresh ocean air and see glimpses of the ocean from some parts of the resort. Not our room, unfortunately.

I suggest more than one sachet of dishwashing liquid to wash up with.

Enjoyed the closeness to our venue, the view, THE PARKING, the quietness in the building, felt safe, all our needs were meet.

The bed had no bed frame and was just mattresses on the floor with a thin sheet for a blanket, the warmer blankets in the cupboard felt itchy, like those blankets your dad had when it was his weekend with you. The main room incited really bad hayfever, and my partner and I would wake up with itchy throats. Upon checkout, we had to throw out our bins and replace the lining with the singular bin bag provided for the four day stay. The bin chute we had to use is very small and we ended up having to take our rubbish home with us as it would not fit.

Location was great! Near the beach, Ripley’s, Timezone, popular fast food areas, locals busking, and stalls. The room had a fantastic view of the beach, sunset looked stunning on the water. The receptionist was super friendly. The lounge was comfortable, the balcony was good, amazing view. The kitchen was cozy and had the basics. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Parking was available under facilities in a first come first serve basis, but had no real issues locating a park.

The bathrooms are pretty dated and old, the spa tiling needs a redo as is a bit sharp. The air con pipe when it's on drains into the balcony. The car park spaces are teeny tiny.

The location is perfection. If you are on the higher levels you are guaranteed the most amazing view. The lower levels may be blocked by the building in front. The balcony is large and the unit itself is huge. Big lounge/dining area, fair sized kitchen, big bedrooms and fair sized bathrooms. Pool and spa is dated but does the job. The value for money in terms of location has to be one of the best on the coast. The visiting lorikeets are a must see.

The room was ok although outdated but requires a deep cleaning or repaint. The blanket not sure if washed it has stinky smell and stains like been already used. But other than that evertything was ok.

Close to the beach, and the shops. Evertyhing goes smoothly from check in to check out.
