We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe got the third floor which unfortunately is not suitable for one of our friends as she hads trouble with her knees. I did not realised there was no lift so our poor friend had to walk 42 steps towards our apartment with great difficulty! I tried to see if we could get a lower unit but there is no vacancies!

AustraliaOcean is a short walk across the road. Couple kms walk to patrolled/flagged beach.Slight ocean view from unit. Quieter than the Gold Coast but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. Unit very spacious, very large comfy bed ,partial ocean views from balcony and well equipped unit.

Australiathe crockery and kitchen equipment while being plentiful was a bit of a mixture. some smaller bowls and kitchen scissors would have been nice. The clothes drier was out of action while we were there.
A large spacious apartment in the older end of Kingscliff. A lovely sunny morning aspect overlooking the beach. A large king sized and very comfy bed. Well equiped with all we needed. A short drive to the shops.

Australiathe photos made it look like it was close to the town centre and even said it was 400m from shops etc, it was 1.5 to 2k. our whole reason to stay down close to the town caravan park, was because my sister was staying there and would would not have to drive. instructions told us we could enter through the back lane, which was not the case. the balcony photo with the lovely yellow chairs, turned out to be rusted and faded. it is an old building and carpet is worn and stained. on arriving home the first night, the light did not work. $150 a night would pull it up.

New ZealandThe apartment was on the 4th floor with no lift and a narrow steep stairwell. There was no aircon and the rain came in the windows if we opened them. The apartment had not been vacuumed and there were bits of food on the floor around the couch and TV. Food wrappers under the TV . The drapes are in terrible condition and can't be pulled across, they are all stuck together, they are years passed their replacement date.
The area, we have holidayed in Kingscliff several times. We enjoy the beach, restaurants and cafes.

AustraliaVery expensive for a unit with no aircon For a very hot night, they left all the windows and doors closed. We came to a very hot unit at 9pm Room 2 fan wasn't work, and when it did work, the light didn't work. No airfreshner in toilet and it was smelly No instruction about carpark. We got told about by another resident who didn't like where we were parked.

super clean property but had bad damp smell. could not sleep on 1st night. had to buy glen 20 to kill the smell. opened the windows/ balcony door and smell eventually reduced drastically on the third day.

United StatesWe did not like that the apartment was up 6 flights of stairs on the third floor, there was no heating, it was not ready at check in time, it was dirty, there was not sufficient cutlery or cooking supplies, the staff arranged for a TV to be installed during our stay but then did not follow through with the delivery and left it up to us to manage, the staff was unreachable by phone and email, and the previous tenants came to collect their belongings that they left behind.
We liked the location being close to the beach and close to town. We also liked the large size of the apartment.
