Unfortunately the curtains were in terrible condition and certainly didn't match the rest of the apartment which had all been refurbished. Mouldy,ripped and smelt. Left a/c on overnight to combat smell , but definitely need replacing. I did report this to Aquarius so hopefully they are now replaced.

The space of the apartments. Balcony and view were awesome. Kitchen with everything you needed. Location was excellent, facilities excellent.

The fan in guest room was rattling but it wasn’t a huge deal.

The apartment was super spacious! Perfect space for a family when you want to put the kids to bed and relax in the lounge room. The view is amazing - we had beach side.

The beds in 2nd room were terrible feel springs in the single and hard as rock on the double. Beds old. Kitchen ware dirty old furniture mixed with new. Needs the job finished.

movies in the room not just tv as we were in for a couple of rainy days and there was not much to do except watch TV. not much in the way of grocery shops and coffee shops variety everything you had to walk a distance to. I didn't mind this but my mum found it hard.

the gym area and facilities were fantastic. would have like to go to the gym a bit earlier than 7am. great view and room was great ensuite was a little small

Our apartment's decor was a little dated with a lot of glass coffee tables and dining tables which are not particularly relaxing for a holiday setting. Kitchen not that well equipped. No coffee machine.

The view was great. Facilities at the property are fantastic. A wonderful garden, tennis courts, bbqs, pool area, playground allowed us to enjoy time with extended family, The property is directly on the beach and easy walking access to Surfers Paradise and a little further to Broadbeach.

The kitchen utensils were all dirty, the place was was very dated. The beds uncomfortable, not very clean, stool broke as I sat on it. Not enough towels given.

Beautiful location, right next to the beach. 5 pools which are great for family and playground. It was a spacious apartment.

We chose to upgrade the room we had originally booked as the weather was going to be hotter than expected (autistic children would not have handled it well) and wanted guaranteed air conditioning. To say we were not happy with the ‘upgrade’ is an understatement. There were multiple vibrant stains on the carpets in both bedrooms, purple stain on the pillow in the master bedroom, stains on the curtains that didn’t work well, window locks that were broken, doors that didn’t run smooth to the balcony (only one worked properly), the fridge seals were in need of replacing (I’m an insulin dependent diabetic, needed a more functioning fridge, didn’t expect to need to request this prior), no clear instructions for the dishwasher and was so old all the markings had rubbed off so no idea if we used it right when we left, washing machine that didn’t spin cycle properly, dated furniture and fixtures that looked like it was from the 1990s (minor issue but still, some updating would have been nice for the price we paid) and probably the most disappointing was that all the air conditioners were run off a central switch that was on a timer so would turn them all off after approx 4 hours. The staff were great when we reported the issues. They couldn’t move us to another room as were fully booked, but the cleaners were there promptly as well as the maintenance man and the aircon technician to remove the timer. The room has had these issues reported before but the owners have yet to rectify. But big thank you to the staff for working with what they could.

Location was great, far enough out from the major noises of Surfers Paradise but still close to go there by bike or foot daily. Shared facilities were great too, pools and spa were awesome. All the staff were lovely and were incredibly responsive with the concerns and issues we had.

The pictures on Booking.com weren’t accurate. We wanted a Superior Apartment and we got the photos that showed a Standard Apartment without the updated bathroom. For staying 4 days we weren’t really equipped with enough towels for us all and when I asked for more to get delivered there weren’t. It also was super noisy above us with chairs scraping until late at night. To be excellent the bathrooms and beds need updating and also the cutlery and cups as they look more like someone’s personal cups.

I loved the location. The room and view were great.

The staff service was very poor and irresponsible . Been waiting almost 7 days to solve our issues with the staff ( both Bec and Prue) as we forgot one iPad and a bag of vitamins . They found the iPad but they said they could not find the bag of Viramins which contains vitamins worth of $300 . I said it was under the oven drawer and they said they can not check until the new visitors would leave and they promised many times to call me back but not even one call .we have checked out on Saturday the 30 of September at 10:15 am and we stayed at surfers paradise until 3pm ( circle on Cavill shopping centre ) and we got the proof . The staff as they said found the iPad after we left as cleaners were cleaning the apartment 21A but the staff didn’t bother or care to call me .to say they found the iPad at least. Both staff they lied saying they called me that Saturday afternoon but there is no even missed call. Also they never called me back. That’s really bad service and experience. I asked them to send me the iPad by mail but they refused They said to me to send them and reply paid envelope so they can send the iPad. Thus is really bad service and also .the bond deposit of $300 still didn’t receive it back yet. So can you plz solve this issue, Thx Obad
