Way too hot in the apartment. There's only one AC unit and it was in the living room, so the two bedrooms were sweltering. The fans mounted in the bedrooms were mounted way too low. We left them off because we have two small kids and were afraid that the blades would hit them if they were standing up on the bed. The sofa section kept breaking apart. Kept having to push it back together. Not very many electrical plugs to plug in chargers for iPhones, iPads, Macs, etc. We found on power strip and just plugged everything into that. Would have been nice if there was something like that in every room. The system that issues the key: enter a code, key card drops down, you use that to get it. Well, it didn't work so we were stuck outside - very hot with two exhausted children and grandparents. Fortunately someone happened to be coming buy several minutes after we got there and we trailed them in. And then the guy who was operating the property showed up and opened up the machine and found the keys and gave them to us. Look I understand, technology fails us on occasion. But honestly, we would not have minded if someone just kept the keys under some rug. Would have made life so much easier.

Place is great, location is great, but there were some definitely areas to improve on. Place was well-stocked with everything you would need. Don't expect high-end supplies and amenities - but that's fine. Place had lots of space.

Not really close by to the shops, have to walk a few hundred metres and get on the tram for 2 stops into cavil… and the closest store is 400 metres away and very expensive

There was no remote control to turn the light on in the living room. TV in the master bathroom didn’t work.

It was spacious and at great location. Easy to access to the beach.

When we enter the unit at first, it was a bit smelly can't figure it out what was it. We found cockroaches anywhere in the unit, there was a large size cockroach sitting where the cookwares are, there was in the bathroom, and kitchen bench a baby size. Our overall stay is fantastic, beautiful location and very secure.

Unfortunately the curtains were in terrible condition and certainly didn't match the rest of the apartment which had all been refurbished. Mouldy,ripped and smelt. Left a/c on overnight to combat smell , but definitely need replacing. I did report this to Aquarius so hopefully they are now replaced.

movies in the room not just tv as we were in for a couple of rainy days and there was not much to do except watch TV. not much in the way of grocery shops and coffee shops variety everything you had to walk a distance to. I didn't mind this but my mum found it hard.

Our apartment's decor was a little dated with a lot of glass coffee tables and dining tables which are not particularly relaxing for a holiday setting. Kitchen not that well equipped. No coffee machine.

The view was great. Facilities at the property are fantastic. A wonderful garden, tennis courts, bbqs, pool area, playground allowed us to enjoy time with extended family, The property is directly on the beach and easy walking access to Surfers Paradise and a little further to Broadbeach.
