My own personal ‘uh oh’ was no A/C in the main bedroom - me being an extra hot body, but hubby and son couldn’t have cared less. I always have the A/C on at home at night so, to offset this, I just put the A/C on in the main living area, left our bedroom door open and the fan on high so the cool would eventually find its way in. I lived. 🤪

Walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise, including trams close by. Beach one block away. Multiple restaurants everywhere. IGA short walk. Views all round of beaches and city life. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our 2 bedroom Apartment was extremely spacious with very comfortable furniture. Balcony with lounge chairs, little table and chairs as well.

The most important thing for me is cleanliness: and this place was very clean. The place is also well-equipped and the furniture is modern and comfortable. It is also much more spacious than expected - we stayed with a 3-year old who enjoyed running around the whole place. It's located close to essential amenities as well as entertainment - the beach is accessible and only about 2 minutes away.

The apartment was not very clean. I had to rewash all the sheets and blankets, they were visibly dirty.

There was a weird rushing wind sound from the bathroom when the door was closed. It was a very windy weekend when we were staying and this might have had something to do with it.

Location was only a short walk from the beach and Surfers Paradise mall. Views from our room (401) were out of the pool facilities, beach views were shielded by surrounding buildings. The rooms were good. Plenty of space for a family of 5 for 3 nights, with kids aged 11, 8 & 5.

The place needed alot of maintenance work..and unfortunately kitchen utensils and appliances were dirty..including bench tops. I know that's just luck depending on who stayed before bit I would think that someone should check these things

The en-suite in main bedroom was clean however could do with an update to modernise it

The service desk staff were excellent during our stay. The parking facilities were very useful as well and the pool, jacuzzi & BBQ areas were well used and perfect! Thank you.

Our apartment was old and outdated. although it was clean there were lots of stains or damage to furniture and countertops etc(age related). Not the greatest value for money.

Great location - 10 min walk to surfers paradise restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and staff was friendly.

No kitchen towel, dish cloth etc when we arrived. Quickly remedied by staff. Doors on balcony had corroded. Unable to be locked (but not really an issue as so high up).

Could be more information in the Info Book. Could not get casting to TV to work and one Foxtel On Demand program buffered so much we couldn't watch it. Construction over road beachside was a bit off-putting while work was in progress.

East end apartment with good ocean views from every room, plus river view to south and city view to north. All very clean. Close to BMD Northcliffe Surf Club and 10 minute walk to Cavil Avenue.

Building is slightly old compared to newer properties, but maintained well given the age.

Great location. So close to the beach and surfers township. Great view from 21st floor. But unfortunately new construction happening on the beach side might soon block the sea views partially. Great facilities too, loved the spa, pool, sauna and the gym. Used them all, never too busy.

All furniture was dated. Apartment getting old. Beds average. Pool average. Dining table was sticky. No air con in bedrooms. Expected these to be better for price we paid.

Our main gripe was the stinginess of the apartment management. We stayed for 9 days with 5 people in the apartment and we were provided with 1 sachet of washing up liquid, 1 sachet of dishwasher powder, 1 sachet of washing powder, 1 rubbish bin liner and 4 rolls (2 for each bathroom) of 1 ply toilet paper. This necessitated us having to buy all of these things at the local supermarket 😔 A couple of other things that could be improved would be to open the gym a bit earlier (7:30 is quite late when you have a day of theme parks ahead), and sort out the streaming as the TV was on a different wifi to the main wifi so it wouldn’t connect. Just minor things really, but easily and cheaply fixed to turn this from ‘very good’ to ‘excellent’ accommodation.

We loved the location and the apartment itself was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and loved that it had a seperate laundry and sturdy clothes rack for hanging things out on the balcony. The pool area was great, with lots of shade and loungers, and well used by us. The covered bbq / eating area was also lovely (although rather monopolised by some families). It was close to a tram station, only 3-4 stops to Pacific Fair, and the nearest surf club (Northcliffe) was excellent for food and coffee. We were also grateful that once they realised we had family staying on another floor they gave us access to that floor as well as our own (you need to use the tag on your room key to go everywhere in the building) 🙂
