This place was amazing, so close to the beach and great facilities too. Carolyn is one of the most beautiful people you'll ever meet and made our trip just awesome. This place is now bookmarked for next time me and my friends go to Brisbane for sure.

Lovely hosts! Very accommodating for arrival when our plane was delayed until the very early hours. Key was left for us to pick up and fall into bed. 2 x stops from surfers paradise and cavill ave on the G tram. Lovely brekky at the surfclub just around the corner. Walking distance from all shopping precincts and the beaches.

Not much at all

The hospitality was just amazing, Carolyn contacted me during the week with welcome messages and checking in if we needed anything further. The moment we arrived, we were greeted like family. The kids were given goodie bags and Carolyn escorted us to our parking space and even helped our luggage to our rooms. She showed us around our apartment, was just the perfect welcome and service. Will definitely be looking to come back again in the future. Thank you.

We just had an awesome family holiday (9 nights) at Surfers Chalet - a warm winter getaway! The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was brilliantly presented with everything we needed to live in comfort, with views of the ocean and breaching whales from the balcony! The accommodation's location is sensational, providing tram and bus access at the end of the street and a 10 min walk to the centre of Surfers Paradises Cavill Avenue area attractions and ferry service. This allowed us to walk down the street and jump on a tram + bus to get to the theme parks. There is also great beach access (lifeguard patrolled) across the road. The accommodation also came with boogie boards and a lovely on-site pool with a hot spa (be warned it is hard to get the kids out of it!). On top of this the managers, Carolyn and Garry provided great pre-trip personalised advice on where to visit and how to get around (not to mention discount deals!) while also making us feel very welcome while we were there. We will be back!!!

its a room not a hotel so no change of towels or bedsheets. no one came to clean the room. we had to clean and remove the rubbish ourselves

All i can think i didn't like was wish the windows locked and had screens. I really enjoyed my stay.

The owners were super friendly. Communication leaning up to the stay and day of was awesome. Got all questions answered and felt super welcome. The room was spacey and the view from the lounge room was amazing.

the gaps in the siding doors howled all night and day due to the bad weather but other than that we loved our stay

the staff welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. my little girl absolutely loved Carolyn. the apartment was very large and spacious and very clean we loved every minute of our stay
