Hallways of complex were grubby, We picked this apartment because of hot tub and it's been broken for months. A bit deceitful not to mention it's broken. The door locks are old school and hard to open. Front gate hard to open. The landscaping has been ripped up and the grounds view from veranda is horrible. Just dirt and taped off area.

Location close to shops, Beautiful river view, Rooms were spacious and tidy. No carpet.

2 rolls of toilet paper was not quite enough, but luckily I wasn’t travelling with daughters. Had also booked Surfers Del Ray as there was a little jetty off the property, kids had planned to fish off it during our stay, unfortunately it was not accessible due to ground works/maintenance.

The location was fairly central, clean and comfortable. Nice pool and small jetty for fishing off.

The kettle at our apartment was filthy, I didn’t feel safe using it to boil water as I needed water for my babies milk, I could scrape the black stuff from the bottom of it, please change it. The spa wasn’t working, it was still heated, would’ve been better if there was a sign to say it wasn’t working.

Check in - no details were provided & no one at reception. A kind resident had to call the manager to provide check in details as my calls weren’t picked up. All worked out though & enjoyed our stay - we would stay again.

The fan in thr second bedroom didn't work, nor did the door to the verandah and the front door required a little sweet talking to work. It is in need of repairs but it was clean and comfortable.

Apartment had aircon but not in the bedrooms. No wine glasses in the apartment. One exterior door to the balcony was broken and was difficult to lock. Bathrooms were dated and pokey.

Good location. Kids enjoyed the pool. River view was lovely.

All fixable things: Spa wasn't working and I didn't see that mentioned anywhere when booking. I chose the property because it had a spa so we could take the kids in it. As much as the GC is usually hot, we got a colder weekend and there wasn't enough spare blankets in the apartment. The kitchen has a water leak under the sink with a bowl under it (my son tipped it everywhere) mini tiny ants are coming in behind the jug a gap in the silicon. There are no teaspoons and odd number of plates cups. Batteries died in the remote so we replaced them for you. The lights in the bedrooms are too dark. The sliding door in the bedroom seemed to be locked or jammed. But otherwise a great stay and price is reflective of quality.

Location was great, access with garage parking was great and easy. Key pick up easy. Apartment was spacious and great views being on the canal. Great to have a washer and dryer. I'd definitely stay here again.

No staff on site, they said they would text me details on how to gain access, they didn’t & would not answer my calls. Car park is 1.9m was told it was 2.1m. My car didn’t fit in the underground parking had to park in visitors spot.

Great position..5 minutes walk to Surfers Paradise. Clean and tidy. Good internet access. Room 34 had a nice view of the river from the balcony.

Check in instructions for after hours need updating as there was no red button to push and when we pushed the call button no one answered. Staff were helpful when we called the number through the app though. Double bed was not very comfortable and then linen was scratchy and loud every time anyone moved. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than two nights as I didn’t sleep very well at all. We also only had 2 forks but excess spoons and knives.

Great value for money and location was close to everything we needed. It was nice that we were offered a refund when the pool spa and bbq was out of action. Fortunately we didn’t stay there because of those facilities.
