Extremely hard to check in. All advertised contact numbers are disconnected and no one answering managers call button at security entrance. When we finally did get in contact with a property manager (via booking app) we had to leave a $200 security deposit, when normally at any other hotel etc a $1 preauthorisation is standard as they then have card details. Information/tour desk is never attended. Shutters permanently down, instead a phone number or two is listed to call if you need assistance. Carpark area extremely dirty and poorly lit, broken/ discarded furniture etc everywhere.

Room was excellent! fresh, modern and clean. All appliances are new or basically new.

Unit crockery glassware rubbish bins etc could do with a good clean which I refused to clean it No tea towel nor tea / coffee / sugar / milk starter pack No apartment booklet with numbers or facilities or fire evacuation plan

Location to Cavil Mall & into Surfers Paradise easy walk The heat pool is heated which was amazing for an evening swim & spa was relaxing Accommodation price reasonable & unit was modern with comfortable bedding

Could not get TV to work at all, after extensive effort. Fan stopped working in kids room (had to leave door open overnight to cool room down). Only 1 drinking glass, and no tea towels, dish cloths, dish soap, cleaning supplies provided in kitchen. No guide/instructions provided on how to work TV etc, or with checkout instructions for room. Limited reception times = hard to reach staff

Size of apartment is good for families. Had a washer/dryer (which is helpful) and offered secure parking. Apartment was clean, all bed linens included. Had a pool available, but unfortunately didn’t get to try it. Location close to Sea World & beach

The only down side, the shower screen in the bathroom was broken and fell out on the 2 occasion of trying to shower. And the sliding door to the patio was also in need of maintenance as it didn't slide and needed to be pulled or pushed open.

The location is very close to Surfers and the apartment was clean and tidy. Fully self contained and perfect. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy an afternoon, overlooking the pool and canal.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Cavill Ave and all you need in the heart of Surfers. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling with family / friends.

Be aware that the second bed room has no air con. When the weather is not so hot the kids will be fine just with the ceiling fans. The master bedroom is nice and cool, only for hard working mum and dad:))

Superb location. Facilities are all there for your needs. Clean and tidy. The owner keeps you in contact all the time, making sure you checking in smoothly.

Didnt like that it was a permanent residence block, and there were notes over the walls telling us we couldn't use bathroom, and another note saying couldn't touch the wall.

The apartment had more old lounges in it than Amart, no air-conditioning or fans in bedrooms, beds looked so old and uncomfortable. In general the owners need to invest in a major refurbishment.

Our air conditioner was extremely dirty, it stated that we had access to Foxtel and Wifi. Foxtel never worked, wifi was in and out so we only got Netflix on the last day. Blinds were broken so we couldn't put them down and we were on display to pretty much all the units. The dock was closed off so we couldn't even go onto the jetty. No staff around at all which meant we couldn't brings these issues up. Our key never worked for the front gate so we had to keep going in through the carpark. Very disappointing as it wasn't cheap. Our daughter also came home with bed bug bites. I emailed the management but am still yet to hear back.

They said they are full we waited at door for a long time at night without them calling back or coming to answer. After calling them for 3 times, they said they did a mistake We washed our hands and our baby had a shower and water ran into bedrooms and kitchen. Since they were none, we cleaned and fixed blockage until midnight Actually we should be paid for fixing their plumbing and cleaning Disaster night, thanked god we only booked for one day Night was awful with small baby and old grandmother
