How dirty everything was in foyer and hallways. There was a huge mirror wall in our apartment and it was filthy. Hardly any toilet paper

However, didnt like that as soon as we walked in we noticed the floor wasnt as clean, it had crumbs on the floor, the place was very dusty, the bed in the main bedroom was VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! The pool seats near the BBQ area were very worn out & uncomfortable sitting on them when wet, the BBQ area was very poor of cleanliness.

The good thing was the view, the size of apartment was great, the mirrors we loved & that it comes fully equiped.

The bed was too soft and saggy. Not great for the back and we kept rolling into the middle of the bed, waking each other up with every movement. The toilet seat was barely connected to the toilet. Moved all the time. We didn't have a dedicated car parking space and were shifted around - quite disorganised.

Location and view was wonderful. Loved the balcony towards the beach. Room was adequate.

Internet didn’t work. Was given and alternative option, but it wasn’t useful either. I’m sure this was a temporary issue however. Room was a bit rough as in well worn, but not an issue. Expected really as I bet is popular and gets a hiding. Would stay again.

A couple of broken electrics. For example none of the ceiling fans were operational and the light in the main bedroom ensuite was broken

The rooms were quite dated and run down. There was no wifi in my room so I was able to use a different wifi but it only worked intermittently. The TV had no signal.

The location was excellent. My room has a large balcony overlooking the beach.

unit was comfortable , but needed an update . A coat of paint to parts of the roof, more glasses , 2 chairs were broken. lovely unit but a we bit tired. stove was not efficient.

The room needs a complete upgrade. Paint work is in need of doing again. Repairs need to be made to the walls as there were broken bits at the bottom and the microwave also had bits falling off inside the door. The BIR in the bedroom had a middle door that was jammed and couldn't be used and we weren't sure if the toilet had been cleaned as there was no paper ribbon across the seat to be broken when the seat is lifted up. I would be very reluctant to be paying any more money for the room unless it looked like it was cared for.

The location is excellent - right next to the main shopping precinct and direct access to the beach. The pool and spa were impeccable. The views were to die for.

The balcony was a little scary, very narrow and sloping forward, which my husband said was for the run off rain when happened. But the view from it was amazing of the Surfers beach.

The location was great, and had a car parking space. From the lovely outdoor pool and spa, you could look over to the main Surfers Beach 100 metres away, and it had markets set up on the Friday night. Their was a sauna too in the indoor separate male and female change/toilet areas. Just a very short walk to the shops. Great view of the ocean from our balcony on the 20th floor. Nice sized kitchen with full fridge. Good bedroom with ensuite, and large wardrobe. Was an apartment I think, and the place had previously been an apartment block. Parking available onsite was handy also.

the bed only had a top sheet that we had to use as a bottom and there was only 1 blanket in the cupboard. the seal on the shower leaked and would flood the bathroom. also, some of the plates were sticky oh and it was very noisy when the construction started very early in the morning.

We twice confirmed a early check on of 630am because of our flight, there was meant to be an envelope and keys left for us but there wasn't so was a bit of a crap start but all got resolved quick enough and ended up being an enjoyable stay.

Really excellent location, the view is perfect and it's very central to everything.

The reception area was unattended on arrival and all weekend. We had to phone on our mobile phones to locate our room key. Then we asked to change rooms because the room we were first given was an angle view. We asked to change rooms for a better view in which happened. Then our room had no soap. We had to ask on the mobile phone again.

The view of the ocean was amazing. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Most car parks were marked private. Took a while to find one that wasn't.
