Room had a musky dusty smell. On top of that it smelt like when you go near a worship altar that constantly burns incense. That smell was over bearing! No kitchenette facilities.

Location and Customer service was exceptional. The Manager was extremely accommodating which made up for the musky dusty Altar worship incense type smell.

Bathroom grout black instead of white, floors/tiles have not been properly cleaned in long time. Extremely noisy from street and then gym music from 6am

Being woken up at 6am on sunday by a guy off his head screaming at the top of his lungs on the balcony above. He then went inside cranked the music and decided to remodel his appartment for an hour. Bed was super hard too.

My main complaint is that the hotel took a $300 "security deposit" that I am still waiting to have returned. The fittings and fixtures were really basic. There was a pool of water on the bathroom floor and the bed was uncomfortable... but mainly I am concerned about the security deposit that I was not expecting. It has gone from my account.

Good evening, I booked a place to celebrate my 18th birthday and checked out today, I booked this from your website. Now im not here to complain to much about the apartment but it’s the whole situation. I paid $790 for a appartment with a balcony and an other things. The balcony had concrete cancer and was getting ripped up at 6am we had no idea the balcony was out of use and I flew from Sydney to stay at a place with one. I then found out that the guy who’s put this place up on your app isn’t actually the owner of the appartments but his from another hotel and rents them out to sell to people and scam them for there money. The apartment had roaches didn’t have a balcony, hairdryer the only thing the place had was gross old forks 2nd hand soap bought from Cole’s it was disgusting. I’m letting you guys know this and if possible request a refund and this has happened to many other people I only just found this page today but I will list a few reviews from the ACTUAL owner of the apartment and how disappointed I am. Someone also came into our room while we were gone and it was only me and 1 other girl staying there which is scary enough. and this guy has my bank details now. Please remove this from your page talk to this guy cancel him or other things. He is a creep a scammer and a liar. Regards, Sophie Please reply back when possible.

Not clean at all, kitchen really dirty ( stove, inside the fridge, rubbish been over full, bathroom smelled like cat litter, no space at all to access to the toilet, floor sticky and dirty), and lucky me I had a really disgusting, smelly guy to share the room with. Shame we can only put 4 pictures

The second apartment (132) could of done with more storage. But the main downsides are no Wi-Fi or air con, which I didn’t realise when I booked but I think I missed that so that’s on me. I think if they added those 2 things it would make the place perfect because the location is so good!!! Your literally 2 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise beach and all the shops.

Had a whole apartment to ourselves, including full size fridge and freezer, oven, double bed, TV, private balcony. When we extended we went to a slightly more expensive apartment upstairs but we gained a washing machine and 2 sofas which was great. And the views were lovely ❤️ staff were also very nice and helpful at booking. The first apartment (Room 78) had lots of storage.
