Everything was great for us but a few little things needed attention. The taps in the o suit needed attention as they leaked a little and the latch on the o suit shower needs attention. Neither of these issues impeded on our stay. We had a wonderful time

The spa wasn't very warm and there was no elevator which is tiring in this heat.

The check in process was easy and the pool was lovely. Our room was a good size and the location was excellent.

Accommodation was either too cold or too hot. Some work on this would make it a bit more comfortable but was still a great place to stay.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, right near flags, quick tram ride to either Cavill Ave or Broadbeach. Three minute bike ride to Broadbeach. Such a great spot. Pool and spa at the resort is great, kids loved it. Comfortable accommodation, homely feel and clean.

There are no lifts which makes it hard to move your luggage from room to car in basement. The car park has irregular pillars and therefore you have to park very very carefully. The property answering machine didn’t have reception hours. I advised this to staff this is necessary Spa wasn’t working

There were people next door that would make noise at all times of the night. The master bedroom bathroom needs a privacy door and a ceiling fan.

Having $50 taken out of our deposit because we didn't take the bins out downstairs! We took each bin bag out of each bin and put them all neatly in one area, all separated from recycling to normal rubbish, as we weren't aware of where the main bins were in the complex.... and shock! (sarcasm) we got charged $50 for a 'cleaning fee'.

The place itself was very spacious and the rooms were nice and comfy. Rather than restricting us with samples of items like; soap, washing up liquid, a few rolls of toilet roll, sachets of coffee and sugar. It might be more of a homely touch and more convenient to actually just put out normal size items!

For a budget apartment that slept 6 people, it was very good for the price. There were a few things that could be improved, cleanliness wise. The kitchen utensils weren’t clean, ie: food stuck to the knives. Containers and plates greasy and not washed properly. And washing machine was full of towels from previous tenants. None of this really detracted from the quality of our stay. And were easily rectified, but not very hygienic.

the rooms are quite aged and not maintained well, there's no wifi, the staff have poor english language and are difficult to communicate with. Reception tried to charge my account 2 hours before check in time at 2:00pm and I had advised that I would arrive between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm at time of booking, apparently there was a problem with my account, and then I got messaged that my booking would be cancelled if I did not sort out within 2 hours, luckily I was able to go straight there and make payment. I found this very rude and bad behaviour on their part. I actually thought it was a scam when I got the message.

The beds/pillows were the worst, little cockroaches in the bathrooms, looked liked it had not been cleaned for sometime prior to us using the room.
