In a great spot - Right at the waterfront, with a fantastic view. Yeah, it is perhaps getting a bit dated, but was clean & comfortable, but had everything we needed for a great stay. Grab some fish & chips from up the road, and sit on the courtyard outside your unit and enjoy the view. You wont be diasapointed

We are travelling for holidays and like to cook prepare some of our own food. Its healthier and cheaper than eating out all the time. The facilities were a bit lacking for preparing our own food. You don't need a hot plate or anything just some where to prepare a salad or the like

We had a front row ground floor unit and it was very comfortable sitting outside for a sundowner in the evening

Great location with beautiful ocean views. We originally only booked one night, but was so good, we booked a second night. Helpful, friendly staff, nice, quiet area - hearing the occasional wave crashing on the shore was very nice. Easy walk to the eateries (we ate at The Barkmill Tavern and Bakery the first night, went back for brekky on our way to Freycinet the next morning and the RSL Club the second night - great meals at both locations). The room was bigger than most motel rooms, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was a bonus. Definitely recommend for your stay in Swansea.

There were no package deals for multiple night stays - we stayed 4 nights. The tariff seemed quite high, considering the quality of the accommodation. The unit required maintenance and repairs. * there was a hole in the decking, which could cause an accident. * the carpet near the sliding door onto the balcony was frayed. Note: this could be simply fixed by trimming with scissors. * the kichenette area setup had no associated sink, and it was inconvenient requiring the changing of power plugs to operate various appliances. * the kettle could not be easily filled from the bathroom vanity unit which was located in the living area on the opposite side of the room to the kitchenette area. * there was only one luggage table which obstructed movement around the bed. Note: most couples have more than one suitcase when staying at a venue. * there were cracks in the toilet bowl rim. The unit configuration could be improved. We stayed in the same unit 8 years previously, and it has not subsequently been updated. It just appeared "tired".

The view from the room was exceptional. The location to eateries and shops was ideal.

Old, out dated rooms. No split system, a bar heater provided for warmth. Bathroom very small, bathroom sink and kitchen sink are the same place. Value for money not there

A bus tour was there and the noise was a tad annoying especially in the early hours of the morning.

Very over priced for condition of place. Ran out of toilet paper as room had not been serviced correctly. Nothing indicating on web site if room upstairs or ground floor. Had to request ground floor unit but told I had booked an upstairs room. They managed to find us a lower room.
