The the temperature in the reception, bar and restaurant is too cold! The service at breakfast was....well, I waited for a barista coffee for 35minutes. So between temperature and service I do not eat in the hotel, notwithstanding that breakfast was included in rate. Two of the lifts were not operating on the first two days, they worked for a day after which one was out of order again. Since a lift was also out of order on my last stay, I'd say they have a chronic problem. So, leave plenty of time to get out of the building......

The rooms are great, spacious and practical. Great desk! The same applies to the bathroom, there is plenty of space to put your toiletries, the items provided by the hotel have their own space and do not clutter up the basin area.

My sheets had brown marks I had to change them at midnight when I went to bed. Then he gave me 2 dooner covers and had to come back. After he left I realized he gave me a new dooner for a much smaller bed but I couldn’t go through it again

The bar staff did not attend to us as we sat at the bar waiting to be served. One of the men was cleaning and when we called the other man to take our order, he began chatting to another customer. Not happy with this service we paid for.

The concierge were fabulous. The booking in staff were very friendly and helpful.

On check in, we were told the bar stayed open until 11pm, we returned from the theatre at 10:15pm to be told it was last drinks as the bar was closed. We then watched as guests were turned away with a variety of excuses for the bar being closed. Towels were thin and we were one towel short and the beds weren't the best in the room we had this time, on previous stays that has all been fine.

Location is great, staff always very friendly and responsive, excellent facilities and valet parking makes access very easy.

The beds looked like they just threw the doona on. There was a large stain on the bottom sheet. No face washers in bathroom. Coffee was not replenished the next day. Bathroom outdated. House keeping certainly needs some more training as there definitely wasn’t any attention to detail. Depending on what room you get. High floors don’t always guarantee a good view.

They charge you $12 for a lemon lime and Bitters! She pour a sprite and added bitters! Very lazy it tasted awful and wasn’t even in a nice glass!

The dining room is being renovated which is normally very nice but the food quality was still there. Not a big issue will look forward to seeing the finished product.

Decor beautiful and something different, very comfy bed, friendly staff great location, lovely breakfast - I loved the healthy focus on vitality at breakfast time. Would suggest a replacement of one coffee machine was a bit old and splattery. The tea was great and amazing locally sourced honeys. I tried truffle and lemon myrtle honey. We had a great stay. Very convenient to train, bus, shops and theatre. Thank you

Off site parking was hard to find in Sydney traffic, we used valet the 2nd which was so easy compared to paid offsite.

Central location in walking distance to Darling Harbour & Queen Victoria Building. There was a large bath in our room which was great having to young kids.

Room was way to hot to sleep in even tho I keep turning it down to 19c it still kept it at 23c, very uncomfortable but was rectify when complaint to front desk. Having to take 2 different lifts to get to the room was tiring.

Front desk staff very friendly and efficient, I had a problem with my room which it got sorted very promptly. Pool was nice and the location was great.
