The bathrooms are not equipped well. You don’t have any shelves where you can put your stuff. Also, toilets are a bit dirty

The best thing about this hostel is the location, it’s in the center of everything. Also, it is very social with different events going on every day, where you can also get free food like BBQ, pancakes, pasta,… The stuff is nice and helpful. Beds are comfy.

They start vacuuming at 9am which is a bit annoying giving the fact the quiet hours are till 10 am, it's a massive hostel and you can hear people talking in the hallways-not much of a fault of the hostel more of inconsiderate travelers. would be great if the staff cleaned kitchen more regularly, tables in the dining area were permanently dirty (most people don't bother to clean their mess) I started each of my meals by wiping the table after other people.

Spacious rooms with lockers, lots of bathrooms, nice rooftop, laundry machine & dryer with option to buy laundry capsules at the spot, great staff at the reception, nice rooftop and TV room.

At the weekend it was quite loud on the floors. The bathrooms could do with more hooks to hang up your stuff. The AC in our room was freezing cold most of the time.

The staff was very friendly and kind and took our questions seriously. We stayed in a four bed dorm with big lockers. The kitchen was big enough and we found space in the fridge.

Is written that check in is until 00hrs. but if you check in after 21hrs you need to call the staff. The problem was I didn’t have Aus phone number, and they didn’t have any sign of the wifi either (someone else helped me and called for me). During the check in, the check out instructions weren’t clear.

Bathrooms were not enough for the amount of guests, when busy there are some people waiting aside. I use laundry and they accept card to pay. Something went wrong when I did, and reception didn't deal with it so ended up taking contact to the laundry company by myself.

Location was perfect. It located in a quite street in CBD. Roof top close at 10pm, so you would not be bothered by noise. Kitchen was clean, not very clean but was just ok.

The downside of this hostel was the cleanliness, too crowded, no separation of men and women, and the noise outside.

It is affordable, good location (in the heart of the city) and as far as I know the staff are nice.

You hear all the street noise, And At 7 in the morning the staff begins to clean and you hear many blows in the hallway.. very annoying impossible to sleep

Not the cleanest bathroom situation. It is somewhat noisy outside in that neighborhood too. But it's a large hostel in the city, so this is not particularly unusual.

You'll have what you need, as it's a large hostel. Check-in and check-out was easy. Hospitality is palpable.
