No heater was available even though the air conditioner was equipped on the room ceiling. The Coffee maker for Nespresso dodn't work at all. Ceiling light at th entrance area was not available.

The location is perfect. This apartment room has been prepared with all facilities and amenities good enough suc as all necessary kitchen wares, glasses, cups, plates, spoons and forks etc. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are well prepared with large size containers. Condition of bedrooms are very comfortable. Two set of adaptors for electric plugs were provided.

Checking in was somewhat difficult-the property manager couldn’t accommodate us for our early arrival. Washroom could have been cleaner.

The poor quality of the towels and there was an issue with the hot water in the building g while we were there and a bad snell in the lift area.

Fantastic location with tram right outside the front door. Close to Capital Theatre and. Central Station. Comfortable beds, lots of space and balcony.

Beds are uncomfortable and the apartment does have a bit of a damp smell. Air Con is not great as we stayed on a very hot day and the apartment was very hot despite having air con running. Needs a TV upgrade to a smart television, but that's not a deal breaker.

Great location for getting around the city and close to transport hubs. Rooms are a good size and kitchen is functional. A great spot and would stay again.

When I booked I somehow assumed the building was a Metawise building with their own reception desk, but it functioned more like a management agency that is off site. Despite this everything was easy, they provided easy instructions to pickup the key and even messaged me to make sure our access was smooth. Now that I know this I would book with them again.

The location was perfect. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great for the 3 of us.

Confused a little about where we were staying...its part of the hotel but it's not...address was george but location was on back street...this was the initial looking at property after we had booked and finding out where we were staying. Only one key so we had to all go together and come home together which was sometimes a dragg.

Location...was so central to what our needs were... Everything we needed was in the room, washing and dryer machine was a bonus and to be able to cook some meals was just perfect...the only thing we couldn't find was a kitchen sink plug 🤗... A fire building inspection was held on the property while we were there but had plenty of warning and notice. Tram was right outside door and easy to use, however we choose to walk most days as was a easy stroll to most places.

Accommodation fell short of it's "luxury" description. Some cleaning and maintenance would help. Accommodation described as two bedroom plus sofa bed. Sofa bed did not exist. A roll up/camping bed was provided which cut down on space in the lounge. Requested linen for advertised sofa bed at time of booking also the day before arrival. No linen provided. Had to ring owner who delivered late in the evening eventually.

Location right across from The Capitol Theatre where we were going to a musical. Transport to other parts of the city was easy as light rail/tram stop was just opposite.

The instructions on how to enter the apartment, not being to good with technology l found it a bit overwhelming getting the instructions via booking.com. Also we found it a bit cold and could not work out how to turn the air conditioner of. Also the toilet system kept flowing

Beds were saggy, just enough bedding - we were 4 people but 2 not sharing a bed, do the folding bed which was there was used but there was no bedding for it. only 3 black tea bags and no sugar (standard fare). Noisy with the trams all night. And no amazing view - a view over shabby roof tops and no hint of water or parks or points of interest is never amazing.

The location was ideal for public transport and Chinatown with restaurants close by. It was spotlessly clean and neat with decent kitchenware and great size beds

Only one swipe card proved difficult at times. It would be great if there could be two. Also asked there was a sofa bed as indicated in the description. Didn't really get a response and when we got there it wasn't a sofa bed it was a sofa so could only sleep one and is very uncomfortable apparently. Something the owners can't control... Our floor had a hens party which was very noisy on the Sat night and we didn't get much sleep plus on the level down there was a boys party or bucks which was noisy as well

The room was great. Clean comfy and cool once we got the air-conditioning going. The location was really great. Would consider staying again

when you book this it’s a private accomodation so Mantra will not help you in any way !! they didn’t help us with check in and we asked to leave our bags the next day after check out and was refused because we’re not mantra guests. very unhappy with that outcome. we really needed 2 keys also but we’re only supplied 1. check in needs to be streamlined better and earlier for the inconvieience of not being a mantra guest.
