When we got back from being out all day we noticed that our towels had be changed and it was nice but we didn’t consent to having them changed (felt a bit like our privacy was invaded and unexpected!)

The room may be noisy due to traffic, and you can sense the gases coming from cars and buses. Lift was not working, but they carried our luggage upstairs at no cost, which was a great way to deal with this.

Location was great, on the East side of the train station and only a 10-minute walk, which may come in handy if you're carrying heavy luggage. Beds were good. Luggage storage until our train to Sydney left was nice to have.

The lift is out of order and there a few flights of stairs to climb which are old and quite steep.

Elevator - broke down but quickly fixed.

Location - close to Chinatown light rail station, close to central train station. Easy plan of movements. Old but very clean/renovated rooms

The lift was broken, I wasn’t told until I arrived. There was someone to carry my bag up but on departure there was no porter so the lady at the front desk did it. My bag was heavy and I couldn’t allow her to carry it on her so I helped but it’s a WHS issue and a poor service experience. Mattress with better support needed.

Libby area is nice and staff are very friendly. Room was clean.

Lift wasn't working (for the entire week I stayed). While the staff was kind enough to move me to a lower floor on my second day, the building is ancient with steep steps. It got exhausting and I would have hoped the hotel gave me a discount/ upgrades or something to make up for it No guest laundry. Items can be anywhere btw 20-30 AUD per piece to launder. Facilities are really basic - you do have a kettle and hair dryer. But the rooms are tiny and incredibly steeply priced.

Wifi was excellent Staff is helpful Centrally located, well connected to everything 10% discounts on two good restaurants right next door Basic housekeeping done everyday ensures a clean room and sustainable premises - glad that they have good products in the shower without disposable containers Room had a system for cooling and heating - which was very comfortable

The elevator wasn’t working throughout our stay, this meant we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. Our bathroom door also didn’t shut which was fine as a couple but can imagine this may be awkward for some.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Good location.

Fantastic location and small but comfortable rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed being able to sit and have a drink in the foyer during happy hour.
