Very antisocial but no fault of the hostel!

Very very clean and really pretty! Relaxing and chill. Fridges in bedroom which is GREAT. Staff also amazing and very helpful with anything esp during early hours in morning which I appreciated.

I was on the top bunk and when I got back and into bed at the end of the night it was extremely squeaky so I felt I couldn’t move around in bed much and disturbed the others in my room

There is an 18-39 year age policy which I didn’t find out about until the day before I checked in - this should be communicated before booking not after!

In my room specifically the air conditioning was behind a bed. So the room was quite hot. A mirror in the room would have been the cherry on the cake.

Didn’t have a towel but was informed towards the end of my stay they have them for a $10 refundable deposit after your say which I now know for next time. Rooms are small and squishy. The room a stayed in was for me and 1 other person who had been staying there for a while so had a lot of things I felt like I didn’t have much room for mine but none the less mostly a comfortable stay and worth the experience for money.

Cleaners constantly around and cleaning shared spaces like the bathroom. Friendly travelers, wasn’t there long enough to make friends but was nice to say hello.

The rooms weren’t cleaned. My locker has beers from the previous guests. I contacted the “reception” they said they would send someone to clean & in 7 days I was there they never did. Also some of the girls (who have longer stays) take over the whole room while some of us have to crammed up into a corner because of all the things they have thrown around the room.

Definitely not enough fridge/storage space in the kitchen and not enough utensils. Unfortunately the staff (reachable through the app only) aren’t always knowledgeable or aware of what’s happening so some things take longer than they should

The rooms and the toilets are always clean. The ensuite in my room was great looked like a home bathroom. Nice central quiet location. Lots of common areas here and there

I had the top bunk, and there was no available outlet. However, they provided a cord so I could still use my devices. Great solution and thoughtful service!

I chose a room with a balcony (which was good) but little did I know there is a techno club on the opposite site of the street playing crazy loud music on weekends. Just to be aware when picking the rooms! Also my room was super tiny and did NOT have air con… thought the entire hostel had air con, not only in the common rooms. Another thing to be aware of when booking.

I choose Venus for the location and I was amazed by the fact that everyone is really nice there. Such a nice community and I even made friends. Everything was clean and everybody obeyed to the rules WiFi was great

I just can saw one washing machine and one dryer and I can't use it because was always busy. The airconditioner was really noisy but eventually you get use to it.

The room was super small but it works. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was amazing with good temperature and water presure. The bed confortable and the location really great
