There was a tray of dirty dishes outside of our room when we arrived. The hallway needed vacuuming especially near the lift. Stray black hairs had been left on the tiles in the shower/bath.

We had a nice view from the window in our room overlooking Olympic Park. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was close to where we needed to be.

I booked a suite with a balcony. There was indeed a balcony, but it was only about two square metres, very small and stank of smoking. While the room itself was a decent size I feel it was badly designed, some places were very cramped and difficult to move in. And it was loud. I knew there would be some noise but I really did think there would be at least an effort made at soundproofing.

The location was very good for staying for events in Olympic Park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the breakfast was good. Parking was reasonably priced.

That one of the lifts was out of order. The queue for the lift was horrendous, so we avoided the hotel at all costs purely so we didn’t have to wait extended period of times to go to our room

The lifts!!!! 30mins to get down from our floor because of only one lift working. We were nearly late for our competition.

Comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on…and I stay in a lot of hotels. Pillows were also perfect.

Not equipped to handle the influx of people at checkin and after concerts. Only one lift in use which caused significant delays especially at 11:30pm after the two nearby concerts had finished. The car park Was already at capacity at 3:15 so we had to park down the road and carry our bags back to the hotel. We had booked two rooms and only one was available at checkin (3pm) and the other one not until around 4:15!! Also had a pretty bad mixup with our room with it also being allocated to another family. This was later rectified with compensation of free breakfast but I believe the other family had one of their rooms refunded.

Same reception as the Ibis next door, long queues. The hallway paint and carpets are looking tired and you need to pull the doors to close, hence they ate loud.

Proximity to our place as we were relocating. The staff moved us to a room with free standing shower as I couldn’t use the bathtub shower (knee issue).

The carpet was stained and needs updating. The curtains were a poor choice with the pattern chosen looking like a crime scene. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were not filled so they couldn’t be used. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that hasn’t had teabags/coffee/sugar and milk in the room. Even the most basic motel has this. The hotel is nice and in a good location but you’re definitely only paying for the location

The staff were wonderful and the location was fantastic for a festival at the showground. The bath was wonderful and it was so nice having a balcony

When we first checked in, we found a massive dead cockroach in the room, which made us uneasy with regards to the cleaning quality. Beds were super soft, originally I thought would be okay but woke to my back aching. Buffet breakfast was steep for what you got too.

Brilliant location, however did mean it would get noisy at night due to the nightlife. Staff were super friendly, even though they forgot to let us know when the room would be ready when we asked them too
