Room: Needed a fluffier comforter or an extra blanket, rug. Location: Not near the to the nearest subway station (Town Hall) but not too onerous.

The Uber driver could not find it at first, until later. Maybe the name change impacted it as a Backpackers' rather than Cozy M Hotel. I bought a double room Hotel like - sharing a bathroom. I was surprised by the need to use an APP to even enter the door (I thought it was a proper like hotel, you see?). After that - I was fine. Accepted it. Clean place, well-appointed, there is no elevator - but if your room is on Level 3, that'd be the US equivalent and as far as Aussies are concerned it is really Level 2. Nice room. Nice airconditioner. Bathroom was available because not many were staying, so I took my time. Spotlessly clean (thanks). The rooftop view was not spectacular, but nicely done nevertheless. Pretty.

The shared facilities -- toilet, shower, kitchen -- were all very clean. Environmentally friendlly soaps and shampoo provided! The rooms, though small, are well furnished, clean and well-organized.

Location was great. Although the shower is communal, it was clean with good temperature and water pressure. Free breakfast, although basic, was a nice touch.

I’m not sure how comfortable the bed in my room would have been for two people because there is only one side to get out - only two showers per floor but I never had to wait

Clean room, great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast - shared bathroom but there is a sink, plus a fridge and kettle for coffee and tea - all in all more like a hostel rather than a hotel but I would go back and recommend it

Rooms could be cleaner - found some dust on the edge of the bed. Common areas are pretty dusty because of frequent passages. Only one shower and toilet per genre per floor is tight when there are plenty of rooms occupied, which only happened at the end of my stay so that was fine. Kitchen is cleaned every day but not during the day, and some customers don't clean after themselves so it can get messy... Room had a window but couldn't open it very large so it got quite hot and oppressive in the room...

Very large room, with every amenity you need (AC, mini fridge, boiler, towels changed regularly, sink, free tea / coffee / biscuits, soap, some hangers + laundry on the rooftop but laundry powder isn't provided). I've read some say the cleaning isn't done everyday but you can ask for room makeup ! Free breakfast is simple : bread, eggs, mini sausages and cheese, jam/butter/vegemite; yogurt, muesli, juices / milk / tea / coffee and apples. Nothing fancy but enough to get your day started ! The kitchen is actually quite equipped so you can fully cook there : there are big fridges to store your food, two microwaves, two stoves, some pots / knives / utensils so that's very helpful to save money. And location is pretty amazing : King's Cross in ten minutes away, there is a Woolies on the next block and Coles is a 10 min walk, you get to the CBD in 15 min by feet !

The projector tv in room was oddly aligned. Half Of screen was onto window wall. I felt it was overpriced but considering the location its Justified i guess!!!

The place was perfect clean; corridors to bathrooms all the time; plus the rooms were comfortable and carefully designed; loved the stay. I had a late check In around 1; Bill assisted and made it easy.

The laundry facilities closed an hour before they should have, so needed to wait until the next day to get clothes out of the dryer. The fruit selection for breakfast was a bit scarce, would have also liked some vegetables or healthier options and drip coffee instead of instant, don't think that would be all that more expensive and would make the coffee so much better! It was a bit hard to set up the software for the projector in the room, providing the actual streaming platform would be amazing because signing in was difficult. Overall, I'd stay here again though, but these would be small improvements that would make a stay that much better!

Room as in pictures, clean room and clean bathrooms, check-in process easy and didn't even need the app but was given a code for the room easier than having to keep a key card. Loved the water fountain by the entrance.

Good room in a central location. Even though there are quite a few rooms in the building and the bathrooms are shared, the rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. There's enough space for your luggage and there's a fridge.

The room was small as I mentioned but not the end of the world. Also there could be more cooking utensils in the kitchen as when it was busy there wasn’t always enough stuff to cook with. Only small problems

Very comfy rooms, all the facilities are good. Rooms look like the pictures, small but enough space for the week stay we had here. The key being on your phone is a cool concept also and staff are nice. The free breakfast is a massive bonus too. Would definitely stay here again
