I thought I was getting a kitchen but could have been mistaken. Kettle, cutlery and crockery very good. Shop close by.

Liked the night manager checking everything was ok in the room when I arrived; being on campus even in holidays was good; great location; ceiling fan very effective on hot nights; spacious and spartan and great for 3 nights.

A few issues initially ( the toilets were leaking , the desk lamp was missing a bulb , the induction stove wasn’t compatible with the pans and pots provided,..) but the cleaning staff was most helpful and quick to fix those issues A bit hot as there’s only a ceiling fan but could be worse

There was no blanket, and sleeping without a blanket (if cold) is basically excruciating. So, I am hoping there will be blankets going forth. That said, when I asked for a blanket, this was quickly remedied and I was glad. Thanks!!

Mattress very firm

Great valve for money, in a central location. Overhead fan kept the room comfortable and lovely oak trees outside the windows. Responsive when seeking a lamp. Thankyou for agreeing to later checkout

The location is good. Very close to newtown and Sydney University. the room is comfortable and clean for one person. Just a normal student studio, which is enough for short stay.

No aircon. No cleaning. For this reason the cost could be cheaper. The reception is very busy.

The location of the property is excellent. Next to public transport and restaurants. Plenty of places to it. Next to the Sydney Uni. It is basically a dormitory.

it was a very hot week without air conditioning it was difficult to sleep with only a roof fan available to circulate warm air the taps/ shower were noisy- it is a fairly old building the kitchenette facilities need a few more cooking supplies such as a saucepan, a sharp knife, veggie peeler and a tea towel,

the location was great. close to Sydney uni, rpa hospital and a short drive to broadway shopping centre the staff were friendly and very helpful. the bed was surprisingly comfortable for student accomodation

VERY basic facilities. Bedroom had bed only - not very comfortable, no mattress protector, single light blanket - open wardrobe with no hangers, no drawers or bedside table and lamp. No forks in kitchen ? no sharp knives - very few utensils and crockery - obviously in process of setting up. No toilet brush ... needs a few amenities. The first room we went to wasnt made up so we had to move.

Great location, close to King Street and easy access to the City. Quiet street and nice location. An apartment for the price of a hotel room. Apartment looked freshly painted and some new appliances - 'fixed up' for rental. The student receptionist was vey friendly and helpful.

Strange to have no lights nor even any light switch near the bed. Have to get out of bed, go to entry door, to switch off lights. No soap holder in shower cubicle, have to place soap on the floor.

Room was very neat and clean, and had tea&coffee making facilities. Good location, close to lots of food outlets, and relatively convenient to get out of Sydney.

The mattress is uncomfortable, seems old. The cover sheet got a cigarette burnt (2 smalls roles). The pillows are very uncomfortable too. The parking per day could be cheaper, considering the price per week it's very much cheaper than the price per day.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, bus stops and metro station. Great safety. Clean and organised inside the building and corridors. Inside the room, clean and organised as well. The kitchen is amazing, with a brand new oven. It's well built so it has lots of space for your personal stuff

Very basic accommodation (things like no lamp in the room, no soap holder in the shower). The main kitchen facilities could do with a good clean.

The staff were great. The students were looking after reception and they were very helpful. Fantastic location - very quiet for such a central location. It’s within walking distance to the train station and King Street which has a huge range or restaurants, shops and bars. The village itself is lovely with a central park and trees throughout the area.

The room is clean and comfortable. I did check in and check out the room in between the stay due to availability type of room. The staff help me arranged the bigger and the nearest room to facilitate my transfer.

The staff are extremely rude. Very bad attitude without any reason. We were moved twice because they give us wrong room. Our card didn’t work for two days and it wasn’t fixed or given solution. Overall, please believe the other reviews. Save ur money. Either go live in other hotels or even some hostels are better than this slum.
