Room 6 faced a brick wall in an outside corridor used by guests. It was very dark, we needed light on and blinds had to be down to ensure privacy as with the light on people passing could see in. Also bathroom window was only slightly opaque. We had to hang a towel to ensure privacy as people were walking past here as well.

The noise of others at the accommodation was very loud and disturbing. There needs to be better noise dampening.

The water pressure in Apt 23 is very poor. The property is getting a little dated. There is a beautiful bbq area but it is dirty and has no bbq plate to cook on. The laundry is dated

No insect screening on front and rear doors, so could not get fresh air in!

Communication could’ve been better. I never received the payment portal link to pay. When I rang up to chase this the first two people I got onto sounded confused about what I was asking. Some of the facilities need a freshen up and a clean. Any time people returned back late and had no consideration for others their loud voices woke us as they were right in front of our room.

The apartments were in a terrific location just moments from the Glenelg shops. The beds were really comfortable.

When paying via owner, why did I need to provide my photo? Felt is was unnecessary, invasion of privacy and they had my visa details if any issues. Pillows were average.

Apartment situated alongside aged nursing facility, deliveries made at odd hours. Apartment on the small side,dated interior.

1.Very good location,5min walk to beach,5 min walk to Jetty Rd and shops,restaurants, bars,tram station. 2.Free car parking in front of apartment. 3.Separate bathroom,with bath,toilet. 4.Kitchenet with microwave,china,cutlery.

Parking… we were told to park in the space with our room number. However, it was always taken. We parked in a different number, but felt bad for the person who was meant to park there. It was very busy and struggled to get a park when coming back at night. The numbers need to be repainted. Had a little trouble with the PIN code lock, seem to take three attempts before opening.

There was mould in the bathroom, and there was damage to the roof above the shower. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, and the location was great. There was a lot of confusion about the booking dates. We arrived ( after travelling from Geelong Vic with a toddler) at the accommodation to find out they didn't have us booked in until the following night. Unsure if it was an error through booking.com or not, but we had to send screenshots of my booking confirmation email and my booking.com app to prove I had the correct dates. The receptionist called us back and was able to give us a room just in time. My husband was in another hotel booking us a room when they called.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was fabulous Happy with our 2 apartments, though my daughter's wish they had a couch in Room 14. I was up in room 26, which was much more pleasant to be in, as the lay out with couch, was more appealing.
