Parking space was available. Location was great to reach the nearby restaurants, however it seems that in low season you cannot go out for dinner after 8pm. Otherwise you won’t find a place to grab dinner. Breakfast was great and you can eat whatever you want (bread, eggs, fruits…) and it is also ready by 6:30am. King size bed was great and the bathroom was super clean. Overall we had a great stay!

Our room was slightly dusty and the blinds had a little bit of mould but this didn’t ruin our stay at all, the bed was really comfortable and they give you lots of complimentary add ons that more than made up for it. The rooms are in quite close proximity so it does rely on guests being courteous however, we didn’t have any problems and there are quiet hours in place to monitor noise levels.

The property is lovely, 3 bedrooms upstairs near the kitchen and dining room. Breakfast options were great with so many different jam selections and a really beautiful display. Check-out is 11am which is very generous and you feel very safe in the secure fencing. Complimentary tea & coffee 24/7 was amazing, our TV in our room made our stay so great as we were just looking to relax in the B&B all day. Complimentary Netflix as well as a fridge stocked with beer and wine for purchase at a very reasonable price.

This place was like a upmarket boutique BnB. Large ensuite room, comfortable bed and huge tv. Breakfast was available from 6.30 to 11am you just helped yourself. The table setting was beautiful. Food was excellent especially the home made bread. Would 100% recommend this BnB.

Appreciate the need for security and cameras in public areas, but we found them a little intrusive. Just our personal opinion.

Good sized room. Great access to the kitchen for teas, coffee and breakfast. Breakfast options were excellent. Good location just a block away from the beach.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and how everything was laid out. Plenty of options to enjoys. The cookie jar was a great addition however a smaller jar replenished more often might help keep the experience fresher. Thank you for Tim Tam's aswell. The bread was fresh and delicious with the selection of jams to sample, which we did. Our room was comfortable, the upgrade to larger room was really appreciated. Great comfortable bed. More complimentary chocolates a winner.

Feels more like a really nice share house than a B&B. I am used to the hosts at least meeting you at some point so was different to never see them. Room needs a proper wardrobe too.

Breakfast was lovely. Beautifully presented. I could not work the electric hob- so could not get my eggs. Coffee machine played up a bit- but I got it sorted. Lessons learnt- clean out the dispenser Dailly.

The bathroom does not have a door, just curtains which felt a little odd. And we couldn’t get the stove top to work for eggs in the morning.

Location was great and room was very spacious! The jam/spreads selection and homemade bread at the breakfast was fantastic as well! Additionally, there were some great toiletries/lotions for guest use.

Breakfast was nice way to start the day and the location was exceptional being so close to the beach. Perfect location to get away for a weekend and beautiful part of the Queensland coast. The later checkout given to us was very generous.

The bedrooms were comfortable and the separate DIY breakfast area was charming and had a good selection of cereals etc etc to make and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Situated at the western end of Hervey Bay, the excursion company collected us from here for our wonderful trip to K’gari. Freshwater is also close to the park and creek where the fruit bat colony roosted, and watching them wake at sunset was was of the highlights of our stay at Hervey Bay.

Very helpful staff with my heavy luggage. Reception arranged an early check in which was very much appreciated, comfortable clean room and lovely continental breakfast with access to kitchen facilities.12pm check out was great too. Would stay again.
