Beautiful little bush retreat not far from civilization with a fireplace, spa and really comfortable bed, couldn't ask for any more. Would highly recommend this place for a getaway.

Some maintenance needs to happen i.e., paint peeling off the roof in the lounge dining and bathroom, some of the blinds need to be repaired or replaced and the cracked plastic wine glasses need to be replaced with glass! Plastic wine glasses do not bring out the best in vintage Hensche Shiraz!

The cabins we cozy, comfortable and very well appointed. Check in was seamless and the views stunning. Close to beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. For us, the wood fireplace was the deal maker!

Occasional road noise but thats just because we live in a very quiet street without noise. It was minimal, but noticeable for us.

The modern stylish country style furnishings, cosy atmosphere. Little details. Outdoor bath and green outlook. Everything was there that was needed. We wish we had booked another night.

This is such a beautiful stay. Ours was for a romantic getaway, and we were blown away with just how beautiful the location, the cottage and yhe views are. We can not wait to come back again, such a special spot to our heart

Unfortunately we did not see George the platypus nor other wildlife apart from the birds on this occasion.

Gorgeous views from every room. Lovely spa bath for two after a bush walk on the property. Beautifully soft robes supplied. Lovely decore with very comfortable seating. Lovely to wake to the birds singing in the trees overhead. This is a gorgeous place to relax.

That I couldn’t stay longer !!

Such a beautiful location! & So peaceful :) I loved being able to check in & leave independently , and being able to drive right up to the cottage in under cover parking. The cottage was well fitted out with everything you could need during your stay. Loved the outside spa bath & the cosy soft bathrobes provided that were also generous in size - not like some other places where they are scratchy & small !!

The Place was amazing, my partner is not a rural type person. She fell in love with the place and said we will be staying back here when we return for more work, Such a cute spacious Villa from the Outdoor spa to the fireplace and the country type Kitchen and the natural open light spaces. You could lose yourself here for weeks and is the perfect switch off location from the rest of the world. Highly recommend and exceeded expectations.

There was little information about how many wonderful things you could do in Alstonville. The quality of products and food in the Main Street were outstanding and should be shared with visitors

A little more tree screening between the cabins for a more private and secluded feel would make it absolutely perfect.

Amazing location - such a stunning outlook through the louvred windows! Not too far to go into town for food but lovely and secluded to escape the hustle and bustle.

From the moment you drive in it takes your breathe away, your own little cottage getaway secluded, stylish, clean. They have thought of everything. Rose Wood cottage was our cabin, it was just perfect. This place is 10 times better than photos on booking sites, exceptional. Thank you felt honored to stay for a few days. Ps we had Telstra WiFi working, enough for messages, emails, a few videos.
