It would have been nice if it had a lift but as it is aimed at young people it would not have been important for them.

I can't comment on the bed as I only booked it to have a shower. The bathroom was good. The breakfast was good - the best part was chatting with the young guests.

Noisy, loud, it has like 2000 steps, too crowded, only for a short period of time

The rooms were good, big bed, I like that you could actually get in from the side, the ones in Gold Coast you could only get in from the bottom of the bed wich was not great

The floor was poorly designed and my bed kept vibrating when people walked around, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Due to it's central location close to china town it was a little noisy at times.

I'd caution people sleeping in the bottom bunks to not assume privacy for changing as there was a gap between the curtains between the top and bottom bunks.

I enjoyed the culture of this hostel immensely. The 'family' dinners and breakfasts were a great way to meet other travellers. We were able to learn about where each other came from, our recommendations for Sydney and plan things we might like to do together. It was also great to have breakfast and dinner provided. The kitchen was very well organised and people really respected the standards of cleanliness and organisation.

The air quality in my room (#2) was very bad and it seemed like the AC didn’t really work. We were 10 people sleeping in the same room and weren’t allowed to have the window open at nights making it difficult to breath during bed time. The wifi didn’t work at all in my room # 2.

The bed felt like a cage but apart from that, all fine. It can be difficult to find on the first moment if you follow Google Maps directions 😅

Personal super friendly and sweet, good breakfast, good vibe all over the place. Everything was super clean. They prepared everything perfectly for my arrival even though I was coming super late at night to the hostel and there was no reception anymore.

A bit noisy when you sleep because of the location.

All the beds have a curtain. Including towel. The shower room has hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner as well.

The common are was quite small and since showers and toilets were always combined in the bathrooms, some hours of the day happened to be very busy.

The rooms were spacious and the deluxe pods were super nice! Friendly staff, nice location close to darling harbour and the city centre was also walkable. The included meals were actually super good, especially the vegetarian options! We would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

The wifi isn’t the best - particularly in the rooms. In the common areas it is okay.

The location is really good. Breakfast and dinner included makes a big difference. The place is very clean and the staff are all friendly.

Check in desk said it would be open until 9pm, but when I got there at 8.30, no one was there and it had been shut down and phone unanswered. No lift was annoying for suitcases. Didn't see there was no lift on website. No light in my bathroom on my floor. no sign saying so.

Facilities was great. bedroom/kitchen was great.
