A bit noisy when you sleep because of the location.

All the beds have a curtain. Including towel. The shower room has hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner as well.

The common are was quite small and since showers and toilets were always combined in the bathrooms, some hours of the day happened to be very busy.

The rooms were spacious and the deluxe pods were super nice! Friendly staff, nice location close to darling harbour and the city centre was also walkable. The included meals were actually super good, especially the vegetarian options! We would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

The wifi isn’t the best - particularly in the rooms. In the common areas it is okay.

The location is really good. Breakfast and dinner included makes a big difference. The place is very clean and the staff are all friendly.

Check in desk said it would be open until 9pm, but when I got there at 8.30, no one was there and it had been shut down and phone unanswered. No lift was annoying for suitcases. Didn't see there was no lift on website. No light in my bathroom on my floor. no sign saying so.

- Locker to enter in the dorms emits loud digital sounds, not necessary and just disturbing at night - Blankets are so small and unconfortable. I like to cover myself completely to sleep but it wasn’t possible - Dinner ends early for european people who used to eat late.

Very good worth value for the localisation, comfort and services. Meals are okay, rooms and common areas are clean.

The only things I can point out are the fact the upper beds being hard to reach for short people and the absence of a common area other than the dinning room. The hostel would benefit from transforming one of the rooms into a living room, specially since the ratio people/bathrooms would also benefit from it.

The beds are very wide and comfortable, they are closed so it gets you a lot of privacy. The hostel was always spotless and the dinner and breakfast are huge assets to a very well located hostel! You have access to unlimitid towels and the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

There are only 9 toilets So I often have to go to other floors to find one of the empty bathrooms. During rush hour, you can see one person waiting in line for the bathroom. There is a hair dryer on each floor that can be used outside the bathroom --------- There is no red warning sign outside the bathroom door that indicates someone is in use or a green sign that no one is in use. So every time I have to pull down the handle to know if the door is locked or if someone is using it. There is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs to carry your luggage. 浴室門外沒有那種顯示有人正在使用的紅色警示或是綠色無人使用 所以每次都要拉下手把才知道有沒有鎖門，有人正在使用 沒有電梯 ，要爬樓梯搬行李

The breakfast is full of waffles, milk, orange juice, toast, jam, eggs, fruit, and coffee. Tea Dinner is also sumptuous, including salad, rice, chicken, and pork. However, the restriction is that only one person can eat one portion, and the second portion cannot be eaten until after 20:00 unless there is something left. The bed in the room is huge. Every day I see employees vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom. It's clean. There are no spider webs or bugs in the room and bathroom. Cleaned every day Each bed is provided with 2 plugs, a night light and a small fan So you can charge your phone There are only 9 toilets So I often have to go to other floors to find one of the empty bathrooms. I have to go to the counter to ask for more sheets. On the quilts and sheets, you can see long hairs that were used by previous people. The distance between the top of the bed is not too short, and you can sit down on the bed and use your laptop. Each bed has a curtain so it's considered privacy. But I can hear other people entering and leaving the room, climbing on the bed and walking, and the sound vibrates.

Less toilets/bathrooms. Because it was in the main road, you can hear the partying noise outside. These two not a big nuisances to me. The thing that annoyed me the most were the frenchies in the same room with me who don’t respect the other people and keep talking even in the silent hours.

Location is in the main cbd. Close to everything. Staff friendly.

- They don't have female only dormitory. - Some one disabled the room security in one night, and everyone can come in the room without entering password!! I finally figured it out and brought password back. I think it would be good if the receptionist can tell the visitors please don't turn off the security over the door.

- The hostel provided great breakfast and dinner!! They are not fast food or prepared food. The food is cooked by some skilled chef/staff. The food tasted very delicious. - There would be password controlled for each room and at the main gate which provides a lot of security.
