Everything was great, we will be back!

We stayed in Paradise 18 by the pool from the 24th November to the 26th November. It was wonderful! The location was amazing,the room was amazing and the staff were azazimg, we were even offered coffee as we sat by the pool in the mornings. Highly recommended. The resort had its own theme and was different from all the generic places around!

Cute place, cosy room, so close to the beach! I loved how everything in the room is environment friendly. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We were there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and the owner arranged to have a cake for him!

Nothing! It was perfect! Oh, maybe just needed a rubbish bin ;-) But otherwise, it was perfect!

Everything! Our room was small but sweet and had all the right touches. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided were divine. The shower head was INCREDIBLE. The room design was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Even the coffee cups were so pretty! I loved being able to text for room service and it was so quick and simple and our cheese platter was so delish!! All in all an amazing experience and the perfect spot for our little kid-free babymoon getaway before we have our new baby soon :-)

We loved staying at Tessa's on the Beach! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were in a very special place - the way it has been decorated, the placement of the deck chairs, the beach right at your doorstep, the warm and welcoming staff! It was a great location to explore other beaches nearby and found a few dining options at Tugun. Highly recommend it!

Planes taking off was louder than expected. Noise from nearby work site. All people staying at the hotel were put in rooms right next to each other rather than spread out with lots of other rooms vacant so we could hear noise from other rooms. Out room was next to the stairs so we could hear everyone coming and going.

The location to the beach is excellent. The bed was very comfy. The use of bikes. Lovely staff. Parking on site.

The property is not accessible, there are no lifts and stair access is required in most places. Some of the staff didn’t have a very good grasp of English which was a bit problematic. Housekeeping needs improvement - sheets don’t fit the bed properly and rooms are very stuffy.

Beachfront location and unique decor. Handy with bus stops outside and close to airport.

Location is excellent, a short walk to the main shopping centre at Tugun. Room was exceptionally clean and contained all conveniences, fridge, good bathroom, reverse air conditioning, a fan and good TV. Above all I was allowed an early check in which was most appreciated for a weary traveller.
