Disappointed in the bathroom facilities. The main toilet was blocked so for the 4 nights we were there we had to use the bedroom ensuite which was not ideal as that was the bed the kids slept on. 1 toilet for 5 people wasn't ideal. Also disappointed because after multiple messages to try rectify this I have had no communication so resulted in this comment

The apartment was very spacious and clean with ample kitchen implements. The location was within walking distance to the centre of the city, Riverside area as well as supermarkets. The receptionist was very friendly. The wi-fi connection did cut out occasionally, however, overall it was good.

great location to visit the Ekka at the showgrounds in Brisbane. Access to shopping and taxis when required. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed staying here.

Bathroom on the small side with shower in bath. Cabinetry in kitchen needed maintenance. Microwave positioned far too high.

Just would be nice if the parking situation is better explained on the booking and maybe a little map attached to your booking so people who don’t know the area can see exactly where the hotel parking is situated

the shower was over the bath, but there was no way to use the bath. It would be much safer if it was a proper shower, as the bath was slippery, and there were no supports to help safety. I felt very anxious every time I had to climb into the bath to have a shower. Reaching the taps was difficult. There was no plug for the hand basin either.

The only negative was the bathroom exhaust fan which did not turn off. We reported this when we arrived on the Friday afternoon, but it was not fixed and was still going on the Monday morning when we left. Luckily we travel with ear plugs!

The unit was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the CBD, shops, restaurants and the river. There was a coffee shop across the road and a convenience store at the end of the block, so we had everything we needed.

The location for the city was not the best. It was difficult to find our way to the main street of Brisbane and there was only one restaurant near the apartment. There was plenty of wine bars, pubs and cafes. Be prepared for most places to be closed on the weekend. The room itself had a broken iron and some light globes were blown.

The room was massive for 4 people. It was like a flat that you could live in as everything was there that you needed. There was an ensuite attached to the main bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook a meal with all of the equipment available. Comfortable couches to watch TV.

Sliding doors of the wardrobe aren’t working properly. One of them almost fell out when I was trying to open the wardrobe. Everything’s a little old. Washing machine was a little smelly.

There could have been a few more items in the kitchen such as more crockery/glasses and utensils to make it more serviceable. While the apartment was clean (sheets towels etc) there were some walls that were quite dirty and the shower areas need a deep clean, especially the tiles.

Plenty of space in the apartment with a good location and easy walking distance from train station and to local attractions. Hilly area so be warned! Reception were responsive and helpful to store bags and during check in.
